The service is terrible. You walk in, no greeting. You get ready to check out and the cashiers can’t even greet you or tell you the amount you owe and expect you to just read off a damn screen like their mutes. Their social media platforms are the complete opposite of what they portray. I give their service a zero!

I order a cake for sunday sept 28 for my son's birthday, most of the decoration they put on it was red and it was very bitter. I called monday sept 29 around 5 pm to tell them and they left me on the line for like half hour. In the end, I hung up and didn't call back. 🤦🏻🤦🏻🤦🏻🤦🏻 They ruin my son birthday Apparently, the person who works there doesn't care about the customers.they dont give a crap

It was my first time being there. I was very disappointed and it will be my last time. I was wanting a vanilla tres leches cake and the lady at the register only gave me a glare look then nod her head up & down. So when I got home and cut the cake… it was not vanilla tres leaches but a pecan cake! Very disappointed!!! She of could told me there was no vanilla and instead of giving me a random cake.

This time the service was lacking but I travel from VA to NC to get pan from Odalys. Their pan dulce is good for up to one week, when here in VA, it has to be eaten in two days.
Hopefully next time the customer service representative / cashier is having a better day. Gracias por el pan tan rico.
