Someone took a piece of my pizza and really thought I wouldnt be able to tell. So unprofessional and I was a very active customer ordering from this place atleast 1-2x a month, just disappointed.

, I went in there to get 2 pizzas, and I stood in there for 4 to 5 minutes, and still no body come in there to help me.and someone came by said it was going to be another 45 minutes and the whole area was full of people waiting

Ordered pizza for delivery, got pizza and 1 was not right so we called and talked to manager and said 1 of our pizzas was not correct manager said well we see on our side you ordered 1/2 cheese 1/2 pepperoni. What we ordered was 1 pizza with extra pepperoni but what we received was a large pizza 1/2 cheese 1/2 pepperoni. Manager said we can make another it will be 30 -45min for delivery i said ok that'll be fine. Manager said we will exchange the one we sent, so that is nasty. It was coming up on over an hour and a half so we called, manager said we go thru door dash and NO ONE is bringing your pizza. She was not a very nice person.I know she was thinking someone trying to get a freebie. Well we are not those people and would not have ordered over a $100 worth of food if we wanted anything free. Here is what we ordered. The so called manager was very disrespectful. We just wanted the food we ordered.

Food was wonderful per usual. I however do have an issue with the fact that EVERY employee had ear buds in their ears. So after saying my name to the lady upfront, she said it shouldn't be too long. Sat for 15 plus minutes waiting. Not once did she ask if I had placed the order or anything to that extent. After waiting the allotted time period, she asked for the name of the order & misheard the name. Yelling a completely different name for the order. Order was not found. Yes this is partially my fault for not placing the order, but the upfront staff needs to not be using any headphones. Therefore I am VERY dissatisfied with the way your employees do things around the store. This NEEDS TO BE FIXED ASAP!!

The people here are very friendly, the service is fast for a pizza place, and they always seem like they're having a good time. Best Papa John's I've ever been to. Will definitely be going back again, and again lol

ABSOLUTELY disgusting and horrid I ordered pizza for my family 1/8/2025 and this is what I received I called back to talk to the general manager CHRIS because we did not want the pizza he said they would remake the entire order and we never received the second order I feel like he put it in the system that the problem was rectified so that I wouldn’t be able to get a refund I’m very disappointed that we had to throw the first order away and my family had to be hungry because my order wasn’t replaced with 3 papadias and 2 medium pizzas it was dry COLD and OVERCOOKED VERY DISGUSTING VERY RUDE AND I WILL NOT BE ORDERING FROM THIS LOCATION AGAIN

They sub out their deliveries to DoorDash. If there’s any problem with your order, it’s a huge pain to get it fixed.
And you have to text with the driver to tell them where to leave the pizza instead of just leaving a note in the app.

Do not order from this location. Your pizza will be "delivered" by door dash even though you didn't place the order with door dash. Through the pappa johns app the pizza will say "delivered" however there's no pizza to be found. Whenever you call and ask about what's going on they don't even care. Save yourself the trouble and don't even order with them.

Me and my roommate got pizza for dinner. Her pizza wasn’t cut and neither was mine. This is absolutely ridiculous. I don’t know if the workers are getting lazy but the pizzas are supposed to be cut. It looks like it’s cut but it’s not.

I'm a truck driver and showed up at 9:45 and they refused to serve me cause I'm a walk in and they close at 11 and said I had to order online, I'm sleeping in my truck and still can't get pizza. Won't be coming to this place ever again
