I’ve had the world‘s most bad experience with this place. The food is not hitting on all good. The service completely sucks. The atmosphere needs to be cleaned. It is dirty and filthy inside. Parking lot grass is growing over everything and to top it off. They’re sitting there closed doors locked, and everything but letting people Still put orders in on the mobile app and everything but nobody’s there to cook the food or anything I have ordered from this place multiple times and always had bad experiences with this place. This is Pizza Hut. I will never ever go to again and Pizza Hut is one of my favorite places, but this is not one of them. I highly do not recommend this place and would not have other people to come to this place at all or to order off their app or anything like that

Quite literally will never order from Pizza Hut again because of this location. Placed an order minutes after they opened to be delivered to my husbands job so he’d have lunch, estimated delivery being before 12, 12:30 rolls around still no food despite the fact it has said out before deliver for over an hour so I call, says they’re closed (which obviously isn’t true), called and called, nothing and no pizza. Had to end up driving the 20 minutes to the location the following day to get a refund because clearly I wasn’t getting through on the phone. They ask if I want them to make the pizza now. Um no! I needed it yesterday so my husband would have lunch. They gave a refund. After the refund hit my account I realized I wasn’t refunded my tip amount. So apparently I’m tipping a driver who didn’t deliver!! I reached out to Pizza Hut customer service the initial day and they emailed back yesterday to say the location would be in contact within 3 days. This is crazy!

I have called multiple times and although the website states that they are open the message said they are closed now I tried placing an online order but it would not let it go through a few weeks ago one of my neighbors order from the Newton store and the delivery driver was told to go to a different Pizza Hut and when they arrived she asked what time they close they said 6:00 p.m. I found that's strange because most pizza places or open till at least 11:00 p.m. what in the world is going on with Pizza Hut

Orded a medium pizza, cheese sticks, personal pan pizza and cinna bons. HALF of my order didn't even arrive and I tried calling, but they were closed, tried customer service and it was even worse.

Ordered ahead online, got there and the doors were locked, every the delivery boy was confused when he couldn’t get in..
This place is closed when we arrived to pick up our carry out order during business hours. Unreliable won’t be coming back again. Don’t recommend anyone coming here.

Well it's been proly 20 years since ate at this pizza hut me and the wife enjoyed the meal and for 20 bucks we got (well she got water of course) Pepsi med pizza box thing came with 8 pieces of pizza 6 bread Stix 6 cinnamon stix was very good.
