Ordered online today after 10am and it said my food would be ready at 10:22am. Got there to pick my food up and the door was locked. Knocked and nobody came. Felt a little uncomfortable with some guy hanging out near the door with a bag on his back. I called the pizza hut and they finally answered. They finally came to the door and let me in. The guy told me that he tried to call me because they don't open until 11am on Wednesday. I said it says 10am on the website and on the internet. I had to wait for them to fix my food. The flat bread pizzas were doughy. Its supposed to be crispy. I will not be returning.

Not up to standards. Food was so so. Floors bad shape, restrooms filthy. Needs to be gutted and completely remodeled. Once was best around, now all others are better!!

Went into the dining room on a Saturday evening, stood around for several minutes, no one spoke or asked if we needed help. Went and sat at a table, after another long wait, someone yelled from the counter they would be with us in minute. We never received menus, when we ordered drinks, nothing was written down, we were then brought warm water and warm tea because āthe ice machine didnāt workā, which if we knew we would have just left at that point. When we asked for something else, we were told they were out of everything. Overall was a terrible experience and we left.

Placed an order for delivery around 7:20 tonight and at 7:50 the order says it was cancelled. Cannot call the store due to an automated message āwe are now closedā. Google has the closing time as 11pm. Charged for the order but no updates to receive the pizza. We have no way to talk to anyone about this order.

Itās been at least two or three time now that I order pizza and something goes wrong. I placed an order today around 8:20 pm. They told me the order would be ready in 25 mins and now that Iām here, Iād told me the order was canceled because they donāt take orders past 8pm. Online it says they close at midnight and I called to place the order with an employee who took it and never mentioned anything about not being able to place the order. Not a reliable place.

Everything was great except for the chicken bacon ranch pizza. 6 pieces of popcorn chicken on top. Barely any sauce..almost tasteless. I do not recommend this pizza. Bring back the original chicken pizzas. The ones that had CHICKEN in them. Bacon and tomatoes and enough sauce to taste it

The food was hot, fast, and delicious! The young man who took our order was polite and friendly. The atmosphere was friendly, as some folks came in for their pick up orders, and the pizza hut workers recognized them and exchanged pleasantries. Everything about the experience was great!
