Well it's been proly 20 years since ate at this pizza hut me and the wife enjoyed the meal and for 20 bucks we got (well she got water of course) Pepsi med pizza box thing came with 8 pieces of pizza 6 bread Stix 6 cinnamon stix was very good.

None of the Pizza Hut locations will deliver to the hotels on 13th Ave near the Convention Center. That's just a bad business decision.

Donāt order the fries. Do not go to this store. They have the worst customer service. I work in the food industry and once this place gets your mo ey they could care if itās edible or if they screwed up. Fries are way overpriced and barely fill the container. Spent $35 there tonight giving them a chance. Got to say very underwhelmed. The stuffed crust pizza is good the wings are decent not anything to write home bout. I liked the fries have ordered them before but never had this few in the container. Call in to speak with the manager and Iām told he is ābusyā . So I explain what I received and the reply is āok Iāll let the manager knowā. Well Iād appreciate a call back and he tells me ok he will tell him. And tries to get off the phone without even asking for my phone number. No apology. No nothing. Not impressed. Wouldnāt recommend the fries. At least they covered the bottom of the bowl. š¤¦
Edit lowered my overall score as the āmanagerā didnāt even return the phone call or try and speak with me. I get customer complaints are hard but thatās part of the job. But I guess he got my money and doesnāt give 2 craps about it. Wonāt be back to this location

Today we stopped by against our better judgement, because last time we didnāt think it was very good. But as soon as we walked in the door, the floor was filthy, and trash laying around. When we pulled in Iām assuming the cook was standing outside smoking, he threw his cigarette on the ground and went back inside. All the signs were there not to go there. Only one car in the parking lot, mustāve been the cooks truck. We didnāt stay, just walked out. It was Sunday after church , a time that shouldāve been busy. Many years ago this was one of our favorite pizza places, not anymore. Changes need to be made.

We stopped in while traveling through the area, which turned out to be a great decision! Not only were the Garlic Parmesan bone-in wings tasty and absolutely perfect, but the store manager went out of his way to make sure our experience was awesome! He was friendly, helpful, and attentive, and his upbeat attitude was contagious. His name is Julio, and Pizza Hut is blessed to have him representing this location!

Little Latin guy in a dirty hoodie was very rude and lazy. Didn't like correcting my order or dealing with customers. Will never return. This place has a bad reputation for a good reason.
Iāve been in this restaurant 2-3 times for a pickup order. Every time I go, the manager is fussing and cussing at another employee. I would not want to sit down and eat here because of the way the manger is cursing in front off customers. The food is very good though.

The Manger was the rude. He left me on hold for 1 hour. But it was his fault. But he didn't want to fix my order. Instead he says he is to busy to help me. Then this morning he tells me that he left me on hold because he didn't want to talk to me. Wow what great service. He owes me $8.00 for salads they don't sell. But don't take them off the menu.

I dropped in today to try the hotbox and I got the personal pan with the french fries and they are so amazing. The breading is fantastic. Just The right amount, not too salty and amazingly fresh not greasy. And the pizza so fresh crispy doughy not too done not undercooked absolutely perfect. This gentleman is phenomenal.
