jeff took my order and he was very rude!! several times.
What a long wait. I streamed Scrubs while waiting for Drive Thru order. Brought me 3 drinks no carrier. Just.....poor service
Foods good most of the time and the 0lace is a bit dirty but the worst part. Every single worker is a jerk over the intercom. Rushing people along after they take ages to actually take our order. Then not admitting when they're wrong. It's annoying.
Took an hour for 2 meals. Took them 20 minutes to even answer the intercom. You'd be faster to go inside somewhere else and eat.
App deals NEVER work at this location! They work at all of the “nearby” locations, Mooresville, Lenoir, Morganton, Gastonia, Shelby, etc. just not this one!!
What’s the point of having this place even open.. if every time I come here I wait at least 30 min for my food and it’s not busy at all ..the food was cold by the time I get it… so disappointed to see this place go down hill so quickly.
I've always liked Sonic never had a problem with them. I ordered the number 3 combo yesterday and when I got home to eat it. I could not even eat the French fries. I do not know what was wrong with them? They were inedible. Hard and tasteless. Absolutely not fresh. Almost as if they'd been setting all day and i may have gotten the old leftovers. My burger was terrible it did not taste like it was cooked good. It wasn't really warm and was flavorless also. I usually like Sonic but that yesterday was terrible. Please do better. Not sure if I'll come back to this one.
I definitely got April Fooled Today. 04-01-2025, @ approximately 8pm, I ordered at Drive Through, $30+ worth of Food! Apparently someone did not show up for work. It took forever to take my order, forever to get my order, and when I got my order, I asked the young lady who delivered my order, after she had to take it back into the Kitchen, if my order was Hot and Fresh. She said to me yes, and handed me my bag and Credit Card. No Receipt, No Sauces I Ordered, and COLD FREAKING FOOD!
I Plan To Contact Management and Complain about the Total Lack Of Customer Service. I even kept the Nasty Tater Tots that were Cold and Hard as Rocks. I Will NEVER EAT THERE AGAIN!

Waited over 45 minutes for an online order that was supposed to be ready when I got there. They said they forgot and tried to give me melted milkshakes. So terrible
They have no idea what they are doing. Sit and the drive thru for 20 min watching all the people behind you who ordered way after get their orders and drive off. It's so frustrating, they have no idea what your order is or where it is. It's happened multiple times. Not complicated orders, today I asked for a cherry limeade and a m&m blast. They acted confused each time they brought an order out and it wasn't mine. I eventually just left. I wish there was another close by cause I love Sonic but this location is terrible.

I sat at a speaker to order for over 20 minutes before anyone even acknowledged I was there, Friday evening, 8pmish in Conover NC, so not terribly busy from the looks. Other than a sandwich and a very cold fry, they brought nothing else I ask for or ordered, even asking a second time after my food was delivered, at least 40 minutes after I pulled in...Never got my other items, NO ONE came by or would answer the speaker. I actually saw 2 other customers leave because no one would answer the speakers where you ordered. Very disappointing, they're usually adequate, at least.
