Under new ownership apparently. Ordered 5 steak tacos. 1 steak burrito. Cheese quesadilla and fries. Received 2 large plates full of fries and steak on top for $55. Pretty bland too. Figured $55 was too expensive for what I ordered.

Great authentic mexican place, I’ve come twice got tacos first time & second time a torta (mexican sub) both were great. Their sauces are delicious spicy but good spicy. I wish I would had posted the Torta I ate it and after decided to leave a review. 🙃

My kind of place. Family owned and run, hole in the wall types. It's in the Plaza Latino in Newton, a hot spot for culture. Bakeries, grocery stores, meat markets, beverage stores, ice cream shops, you don't have to travel far for a bit of culture, we're extremely blessed to have this unique offering in our area. Tacos were perfect, tamales also delicious. Torta sandwich reminds me of the first time I experienced one at a place that is no longer in business. Do yourself a favor and check it out. And the name fits, Speedy Tacos, they are served up hot and fast!

Stopped by this evening for the first time. Got the pastor taco. green sauce tamale & horchata. The horchata was the only thing I’d order again. The food was bland. The female at the pickup window was very nice.
