Paid online and they claim order not recieved and that I should cancel,
I tried and would not allow me to cancel
I had to order again and they made me pay twice! owner Vickie Joyner refused to refund my money I already paid for online.
Subway will not respond to me either.

Subway is Subway. This is a good Subway to go to. I've been there several times, nice people to talk to you usually. And of course the Subway food it's usually good and hits the spot.

Got my meal to work stared to eat my meal looked in the cookie bag someone took a bite out of one of my cookies . Gross
Absolute disappointment. Tomatoes with no taste. Food was thrown together. Barely a smear of tuna on the footlong tuna sub. Get the cheesy rollup... one inch of cheese and 7 inches of bread. Many other issues. And another food place bites the dust.

Service is always different. Sometimes it's very competent..other times they tell you that you can't pay with a $50 bill because management told them not to accept anything that large.
Today was fine except when I got home, my boys let me know that the extra meat and cheese wasn't put on their sandwiches that I had ordered. The paper bag handles don't hold any weight at all. The nice ladies do warn you about it, though. Otherwise, it was all done quickly, and the food was delicious!

I had placed an order online. They got one of the two sandwiches wrong when I got home and checked. The order was very specific, one PLAIN and the other had specific veggies on it. I called and the shift manager wanted us to take the sandwich back, which my husband did. No apology or any kind of offer to show their mistakes. If anything, the could’ve allowed my husband to bring back the sandwich that was wrong and make us a new one to compensate our time and gas. All in all poor customer service and management needs to retrain these young workers.

I came to this location 5/28/24 around 4:45pm, when I came in the location it smelt like dirty rags or dirty mop water. I’ve been to this location once before but that was in the day time and my experience was fine. As I walked in no one acknowledged me for about 5 mins. When she got to making my sandwich she was rude “what do you want” was her exact words. My experience isn’t even what I’m upset about. As my sandwich was being made a Hispanic man came in he was about early 40’s. May I add he was speaking English! I believe her name was Ciera or Celina. She was extremely rude to the man saying “huh”, “what” , & “say it again”. Mind you he was speaking English! I left before she finished his order but it made me very sad for the man that he is still experiencing things like this.

I'm not really a Subway person I stopped there because it was cheap close by me and I felt like a sandwich the place seem very clean and they must have had a new worker that day because they were somewhat slow so another girl had to come out to help the only biggest problem that I had was they didn't put any napkins in my bag which I decided to eat in but I would have thought that they would have had napkin holders all the way around where there would be tables where you can sit or at least get up to get but you had to walk all the way back through the whole place to get napkins even after I went back to the counter and asked for some I didn't like that but everything went fairly well with no complaints but again I'm not really a huge Subway fan
