Went there this evening and it was packed. All customers was fine no one was complaining but the lady working with the pony tail was so rude to the other 2 employees and throwing things around and just being very rude. This lady does not need to work with the public. The young man that checked me out apologized for the wait time and was very nice.

I'm not really a Subway person I stopped there because it was cheap close by me and I felt like a sandwich the place seem very clean and they must have had a new worker that day because they were somewhat slow so another girl had to come out to help the only biggest problem that I had was they didn't put any napkins in my bag which I decided to eat in but I would have thought that they would have had napkin holders all the way around where there would be tables where you can sit or at least get up to get but you had to walk all the way back through the whole place to get napkins even after I went back to the counter and asked for some I didn't like that but everything went fairly well with no complaints but again I'm not really a huge Subway fan

The subway in Newton North Carolina I visit often and have noticed over the past two years. The service and the product sometimes are hit and miss but over the past three or four months five months I’ve noticed is getting better each time I go. I especially want to give a shout out to one of the workers named Jessica. I would say the whole time I was there at any given moment she was working on 4 to 5 subs at a time and was pumping them out faster than the cashier, and the vegetable person could even keep close, my sandwiches, weremade very neat and to order exactly very easy to eat. Even with all the items that were placed on the sandwich definitely will return. I hope Jessica’s there because that’s how a Subway sandwich is supposed to look not desolate and not over bearing to where it’s just ridiculous a nice solid sub And not to mention about can’t beat some good old subway cookies, so Jessica and your team keep up the good work and I’ll continue to keep coming there just to see those personnel that work the evening shift so that I know I’ll have top quality professional service, and eat my sandwich or my sub with a big smile on my face Thanks again to Jessica and her team

I love that this location is easily visible from the curbside street view. I also like that this location has ample parking space to accommodate larger vehicles as I was in a SUV during my visit.I visited during the early evening hours around 6:30 PM - 7:00PM. The place seemed to be busier than usual according to Google & it was packed but not jam packed. The staff did a good job with keeping the line moving; my only thing is they seemed a bit uninspired to do so. Call me old fashion but I'm one of those people that believes when happy people make your food it just taste 10x better.In conclusion, I would recommend this location to friends and family visiting or traveling through the Newton, NC area. I usually have a great experience here. And I will continue to go. But today horrible. The lady doing the salad area for the subs ruined my sub and still made me pay for it instead of offering to remake it. Put lettuce on my teriyaki sandwich that was correct then asked for ranch. She grabbed the ranch that was fine then I said can you please put very light oil and vinegar she proceeds to grab the mayo and put mayo on my sandwich and I said no, ma’am I said, very light oil and vinegar after she literally just started putting the mayo on my sandwich I was like, looking at her like that’s not what I said And she just Looked at me and was like sorry and I was like I said very light oil and vinegar. She grabs the oil and vinegar and drowns my sandwich. And they still made me pay for the sub. So I’m going to throw away the sandwich and now I have to figure out a different meal for me tonight. I did call the manager afterwards and she offered to remake the sub after I had left already because there was a line to the door and didn’t wanna make my family wait on eating their hot subs because the lady didn’t want to listen. Plus who knows how long that would have taken. I’ve never had a problem with this place and I will continue to go however, they really need to reconsider working staff. If they cannot handle a rush they can sit out if they need to. Ruined my dinner plans completely.

I've always had good service at the SubwayOn business 321 in Newton. They have a very nice staff and the restaurant is always clean. For a good quick sandwich. This is a great place to stop.
Apparently they think turkey and pickles is a sandwich but that is not in fact what I ordered. My sandwich was missing 90% of the items I ordered which leads me to believe you just didn’t feel like doing your job, so thanks for that.

Look, when I write a review I always try to be fair and honest. However, this subway has failed to provide the most basic of services. To put this in context; I have been ordering off the subway app for a while now. I have never had an issue with my orders. I have ordered from multiple different subways and my order was always right. This subway however, does not know the meaning of “more”. All I wanted was more vegetables; that’s it. Instead I get the puniest sandwich you’ve ever seen. At first I thought maybe they were busy and was trying to get through their orders; I would not be upset about that. Instead, every time I order it’s the same. I ask for more and I get less. It seems to me that either the employees are incompetent or the owner is instructing the employees to ignore “more” on the receipt. Most likely the latter.
