I am severely disappointed in my visit today. not only did I wait around seven minutes, they didnāt even put all my food in my bag. Taco Bell, you can do better!

We have been to this Taco Bell multiple times. Every single time, our order is wrong. By myself with a screaming toddler in the car so I couldnāt just check the bag. I just hoped everything was right. It was not. Missing items, and things not right. Pic of our order and picture of the ānachos bell grandeā that wasnāt really how was supposed to be.

Placing order from app. Food disgusting. Mushy. Thrown in a box and a bag inedible. After complain g to actual manager, she tells me Iām on my own with in app orders. They were not trained.
Waited 30 mins never got my food. When we first walked in we were told to order you have to use kiosk, so I put my order in and asked what do I do if I need to pay in cash and they said you have to wait until someone is available to do it. But nobody was running register. There were 3 or 4 employees just sitting at the tables eating and talking. So if you go to this taco bell, there most likely won't be anyone to take your order. Do better children!

never felt the need to write a review on a taco bell till tonight. came through to get a simple snack, probably the simplest thing iāve ordered at a taco bell! ( 1 cheesy roll up, 1 soft taco with no lettuce ). when the 3 teenage girls finally stopped giggling enough to hand me my food the bag itself was covered with lettuce š i handed it back WITH the sticker receipt they gave me that said NO lettuce. they remade it just to do the same thing again to which i gave up on the 2$ taco. if you seriously canāt understand what no lettuce means then you definitely shouldnāt be working around money of any kind. hope you guys fix your staff.

Shout out to Keyon and his late night crew at store 2717 Northwest Blvd Newton NC, 28658. Went there at 11:51 PM. He was super polite, fast and they made our order correctly. Kudos to all the staff on that shift! The best Taco Bell around! Will definitely be back!
