I have ate here several times. Today was horrible! I ordered the hibachi chicken it had a hair in it, I ordered the cheese wontons they were so crunchy and sticky they stuck in your teeth and was like a tortilla chip. The owner came over and told me if I don't like the wontons do not order them again because she cuts them and makes them fresh every morning, and everyone else likes them and no one complains. I proceeded to tell her I order these every time and today they were not good. It DID not matter. She kept talking over me and got rude. The waiter never showed up for refills, I paid and left an untouched plate on the table. God bless you lady, as me and my family will not be back.
Long time customer here. Ordered 6 plates of food 3 of them no carrots extra mushroom as always.
Got home to this kids meal portion. Called back and the manager on duty seem to think this is the definition of Extra Mushrooms. She said she even looked at it herself and thought it was Okay. Funny as I ask to speak to the owner but she wasn’t there but her car was parked out front. Never have I had issue with this place But it has been 4-5 months since I last ate here.. Prices are up but portion are smaller and when you take carrots out and substitute for extra mushroom They shorten the amount of mushroom. Even on a regular plate there is more than my 6-7 pieces of mushrooms. This is ridiculous and uncall for. Order adult size and paid for adult size but got a kid portion. If I had order one plate it’ll be one thing, but I order total of 6 entrees It adds up and portion and the so call EXTRA is uncall for. They offered me if I want to drive back they’ll give me more mushrooms. Like imma drive 25 mins round trip? Seriously?

Lots of variety, excellent service staff, shrimp sauce is a little runnier than I normally like it, but still tastes great. The chicken egg rolls are actually made there in the restaurant, and you can tell. Portion sizes are good, especially for the price.

This is our favorite Japanese spot in Catawba County. Good prices, very friendly service. The owner has always been so kind to us. She even gave a gift to my wife when she came back from oversees. The food tastes great and always comes out fast. If it's a cold day or you're not feeling the best, the soup they serve you tastes so great.
