Wendys needs to teach their employees some customer service and politeness. The young girl on the drive thru intercom was extremely rude and when we pulled to the window she had the most ugliest attitude. On top of it I asked for extra BBQ sauce and she then turned around and charged me .15 for each one. (They only gave me 3 BBQ sauces for a 10 piece and 4 piece. I think I should have gotten at least 4 before they charge me for extra.)

The lady on the speaker box was unfriendly and almost robotic. At the window, no one said thank you or have a nice dayI had to pull up and wait 10 minutes for my order. When they brought the food out, they forgot the sauce. The sauce was on the receipt. I had to go in to get it.Today is March 29th. It's 6pm...supper time. I ordered 2 Dave's burgers , a bacon burger, nuggets, and fries. Nothing exceptional. The food should be prepped and ready to go.Tip: It would be good to teach the importance of being friendly to the customer.

First of all, I ordered baconator fries. Secondly, the employee fixing my food did not have gloves on and was eating fries as he was preparing my food. This was unprofessional and unsanitary. I will not be eating here until things change.

Went to north Wilkesboro Wendy the lady that was taking people order act like she hated the world and stood there with her arms crossed she had on a stripped shirt the little girl at the window act like she didn’t know what she was doing when I ask for salt she look at you with deer in headlights I work in the public and I know we all have bad days but sometimes you have to put on a smile if you don’t like your job please don’t work are a restaurant. Unlike most fast food franchises, this particular location has always put as much emphasis on food quality as customer service. The food is always great, and the staff, no matter how many new faces they may have employees over the years, the atmosphere is pleasant, friendly, and welcoming. I highly recommend that if traveling up or down I-81 between brisol and wytheville, that this is the Wendy's to stop at.. No matter how hungry you are, its worth pushing on a few more exits to have HOT DELICIOUS FRIES ALWAYS, AND NICE ARTISAN STYLE BURGERS AND MORE.. GREAT JOB GUYS, KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!!!Parking: Parking is not difficult, and not limited, however you have to drive defensively due to the fact that the entrance and drive thru exit shate the same passageway..Kid-friendliness: Very kid friendly, however doesn't have a playground, but doesn't really need one..Wheelchair accessibility: It is wheel chair accessible.

First off the lady at the intercom was very rude, then when I got to the window it was way worse. I ordered through the app, so I had already paid. When I got to the window she told me the total and wanted me to pay again. When I explained that I had paid, she rolled her eyes and slammed the window. ALSO I just want to point out how inappropriately dressed she was! She had her shirt completely rolled up so you could see her entire belly!! Don’t get me started on the food. ??

I don’t know what fast food restaurants are coming to these days. First of all the dining room was closed and the employee said they open at 9-10AM, it was 9:05AM so I guess they just open it when they want. It’s sad a manager can ruin your morning because she’s rude, you really don’t deserve to work in management. If I’m not mistaken her name is Whitney. We go back around drive thru to get this sandwich replaced and she said “what do you want man” when my husband tries to tell her the issue she cuts him off and says “just pull up I’ll make another” and shuts the window. I’ve worked in fast food for years and my husband is a GM, that’s not how you speak to a customer especially being a manager. I usually enjoy the breakfast but honestly the customer service makes me not want to go back.

We went in to order two frosties and a chili. We ordered at the kiosk. There was no sign to inform anyone the frosty machine was out of order so we paid by card.. it was only when I went up to the front that I noticed a sign saying the machine was out of order. I asked the cashier if they could put a sign by the kiosk telling people the machine is out of order before they placed an order and paid for it like I did. He laughed and said " um, I don't think so". I then noticed a lady and asked if she was a manager and asked if they could put a sign up letting customers know about the machine before they placed and paid for their order. She said " yeah, I can do that.. I've been here since this morning" not very professional at all. The cashier kept snickering while I waited on my refund. The man who came to help him was very rude. Acted like it was a major inconvenience and kept hitting the register keys really hard like he was angry. Major attitude that was their fault by not placing a sign. Will not be bothered going back for such rude treatment.
