The lady on the speaker box was unfriendly and almost robotic. At the window, no one said thank you or have a nice dayI had to pull up and wait 10 minutes for my order. When they brought the food out, they forgot the sauce. The sauce was on the receipt. I had to go in to get it.Today is March 29th. It's 6pm...supper time. Unlike most fast food franchises, this particular location has always put as much emphasis on food quality as customer service. The food is always great, and the staff, no matter how many new faces they may have employees over the years, the atmosphere is pleasant, friendly, and welcoming. I highly recommend that if traveling up or down I-81 between brisol and wytheville, that this is the Wendy's to stop at.. No matter how hungry you are, its worth pushing on a few more exits...read full review

Wendys needs to teach their employees some customer service and politeness. The young girl on the drive thru intercom was extremely rude and when we pulled to the window she had the most ugliest attitude. On top of it I asked for extra BBQ sauce and she then turned around and charged me .15 for each one. (They only gave me 3 BBQ sauces for a 10 piece and 4 piece. I think I should have gotten at least 4 before they charge me for extra.)
