i ordered my food via phone to here. i had it picked up & brought to me. when i opened the bag, i realized SeVeraL things were missing. i immediately call them and they said they would correct it. to just bring the burritos back and they would make me fresh ones and give me the items that were missing. when I arrived they had my missing rice, beans, and tomatoes and a bag ready to go. I asked where are the burritos? they told me just take the ones that you brought in just now and take them back with you. I told them that that is not going to work because by the time I get back home it would be cold and that is why I was okay with the phone rep telling me that they would remake the burritos fresh and have them ready in 10 minutes when I arrive with the mistakenly made burritos. So I had to sit there and wait for them to make me two more burritos fresh to wear by the time I got home my food would still be warm. The manager seemed very friendly and so did the employees but the way this was handled was very poor. This is only my second time eating here, the food is great but the service was off today which I believe was because the person answering the phone doesn't understand English well enough to be answering the phone and taking orders. thumbs down this time guys. I would recommend having someone that speaks English fluently take orders on the phones from here on out. Best of luck to you and bravo otherwise

This place is a must for anyone local to Norwood or anyone in Stanly County for that matter. Best Mexican food I’ve ever had and my family agrees. Mario is the most down to earth, nicest owner ive ever met, always making sure your visit is the best and the food is even better.

Our waitress was so sweet and very attentive. The food was amazing and good quality. The owner however was taking time to go around to every table and greet every guest he asked us questions about our food and if there was anything he could do. He and everyone else in the restaurant had such an amazing and positive attitude and we will definitely be back!!! Love to see it !

We were just passing through and saw this place and stopped to have lunch. Right from the start it was absolutely fantastic..very friendly welcoming staff. Service was above and beyond. And the food was so very good. I really hope we come this way again just to eat here. If your close by absolutely go you'll love it

Wonderful experience! We came with a party of 10, called ahead and they had table ready for us. Super quick kids meal delivery and amazing service. Jalapeño margs were great and everyone loved their meals. A great addition to Downtown Norwood!

We have tried Bravos a couple times with high hopes, but this time we were highly disappointed. The chimichangas were not crispy and the ground beef was a horrible texture. We also had polo con crema, there was no cheese sauce on the chicken, just dry chicken pieces with the chicken having hard pieces in it. We did not enjoy our meal what so ever.
