Coming from Chicago, let me be frank... I am particular about sushi... My husband and I arrived before the dinner rush by design, and we both were delighted with the extensive menu. We opted for garlic butter edamame to start, spicy tuna roll/mango roll/rock and roll roll for entree. Perfect for two! "Lantern Sushi is a true find! I recently enjoyed their spicy tuna roll and yellowtail, and both dishes were outstanding. The spicy tuna had just the right kick, while the yellowtail was incredibly fresh and flavorful. The sushi rice was expertly prepared, and the overall dining experience was delightful.
