Don’t let the exterior food you, this restaurant offers good seafood options. The decor is an eclectic combination of seashore trinkets and thrift store treasures. The staff is super nice and attentive. The dining area is a hardscape that bounce sound throughout the space. Good family restaurant.

This was our second time here, and it will be our last. We ordered the calabash style shrimp. We had a huge helping of fries and only about 1/2 cup of shrimp buried under the fries. The shrimp was not fresh, and the hush puppies were cold. When I pay $20 for a plate of food, I expect the food to be as advertised. This was not.

First timers to this quaint local eatery with delicious food and great service. It was so good that we ate here twice while on vacation. The first time, we got the Crab Dip Appetizer and it was absolutely delish. I ordered the Prime Rib Special that night while everyone else got Peel n' Eat Shrimp. Ahhhmazing flavor. This is my first review without pics and while I feel guilty now, I was devouring that steak and completely forgot. Our server Lindsey told us about the Wednesday Night Special so that was our second visit. And it did not disappoint. We of course started with the Crab Dip Appetizer. We also ordered Wings, Peel n' Eat Shrimp, Crab Legs and Oysters. If you are on OKI, this is a must do, thank me later!! Go early to get your name on the first wave list, 430pm'ish ... otherwise, wait until 630pm for the second wave. This is a local favorite so it does get busy. Highly Recommend!!
Everyone was nice, but the food was mediocre. The shrimp and grits were bad, the rest of the food was overcooked. Not sure if we caught them on a bad night but I wouldn’t recommend.

We went here on a Wednesday and had the best experience. The staff was very friendly, the ladies sitting next to us go every week and had very positive comments about all staff and entrees, and the Wednesday deals were a month saver! The crab dip was cheesy, crabby, and great with bread! The side salad was a great portion too! If you like oysters, this place is a must!
Lovely dining and food experience! This is some good southern fried seafood! The dirty rice is a must have and came straight from god. The hush puppies paired with that cinnamon honey butter dip is chefs kiss! Fried seafood tastes amazing! A great experience on our Oak Island trip! Be prepared for a wait, its a town favorite! But a wonderful experience!!
