Domino's Pizza

Ordered a pan pizza with extra cheese! Got it home and the dough was raw! Lesson learned! Take out!

Pizza looked good upon opening the box. Toppings looked good but the pizza dough was undercooked. Made the mistake of not reading reviews first. Lesson learned considering this seems to be a common thing here. I thought can't be hard its pizza right!? WRONG! Ordered pan pizza, picked it up got home took a bite and dough was not cooked! Got a remake, which was simple enough however, even the remakes were not fully cooked and still doughy.

They did not acknowledge me at all when I walked in to pick up my food, so I was not even sure they knew I was there. I had three items in my order, and they gave me the wrong sandwich for one of them, despite it being specified on the app and multiple times on the receipt. I am thoroughly disappointed at the lack of monitoring that the correct item is being made for the order the sandwich I got was extremely different then the one I ordered so there is no way to misread it.

Ordered carry out. Said it would be ready in 16-21 minutes. Still sitting at location waiting for pizza 1:15 later and was told will be another 15 minutes. Kids will be going to bed before I have their pizza.

The last several times we get pizzas they're very dry overcooked and very few ingredients

I was on Oak Island for a vacation. I ordered my pizza on a Saturday night, knowing in advance that it would take longer than normal. When I went to the location, I could see that the team was working as hard as they could to get all the orders out. I understood that it would take 30 to 40 more minutes for me to get my pizza. The team was working hard, they were upbeat and positive, and fun to watch. What annoyed me were visitors that came to the location expecting their pizzas to be done in 15 minutes. I saw visitors, walking to the register and literally getting into an argument with the employee that was working there. People were walking out with 8 to 10 pizzas each while other people expected their one or two pizzas to be done in 15 minutes. My pizza was hot, tasty, and made exactly as I ordered it. The next time I come back to Oak Island, I will definitely order another pizza from Domino’s.

Order was wrong. Incorrect toppings. Sauce was tomato sauce not pizza sauce.

Always kind and quick service while we’re vacationing at OKI. Quality is always great and service is always quick. Even their delivery service is fast and friendly!

Can't beat pizza on the beach. they always have good pizza and friendly staff.

Philly steak was not anywhere near what it used to be. Very little beef and way too salty. Crust was soggy. Very disappointing and couldn’t eat it. But on the upside, the staff and service were great!

I got food poisoning from there pizza and I have been sick for 2 days

The pasta wasn't good.
Big container very small portion of pasta. :[ but i would reconmend pizza, dessert, wings aswell the loaded tots. But the pasta just needs more work.
Over all they did good :)
