Paul's of Oak Island

we went there for dinner last night. arrived at 8:05pm.. asked if they were still serving and they were. we ordered.....waited...waited...at 9:35 asked about our food. waitress said it would be another 20 minutes. we asked to have our drinks comped. manager came to the table and said 1/2 price. we said not acceptable. she said she had to call the owner. then we heard a waitress go through loudly dropping the f bomb. we asked for the manager again and she did not know what to do about the waitress. we then said we were leaving. manager wanted us to pay for the drinks. we said no. finally she said ok...came home....ate sandwiches. we have eaten lunch there many times and have had a great experience.....last night was awful

Fresh and delicious burgers. Only complaint would be the mushrooms on the mush and Swiss burger. Clean and friendly service

AMAZING FOOD! I’ve came here a few times and I’ll definitely coming back as often as possible. Wings are amazing! Large tvs that you can come and chill with friends and watch sports, this is definitely a good choice when trying to find a good place to chill.

I have been to Pauls 3 times in the last week. The food is ALWAYS so fresh and the staff have the kindest attitude. I love how laid back and chill the vibes are. I really hope you all give this place a try, it’s amazing

Paul's has always been our go to for great burgers but we had terrible burgers today. The Hawaiian buns are usually very soft and good but today they were tough and hard, as though they had been microwaved. The server told us they weren't, but had sat under a warmer. If that's the case, they say there too long because we couldn't eat the top bun at all.

Pauls OKI always good food and service! Owners are very nice and give back to their community in many ways.

My fiance and I went and had dinner to Paul’s the other week and had the best service thanks to Jaclyn! She was extremely busy and still found time to be attentive to us. If you’re a frequent Paul’s-goer definitely ask for Jaclyn the next time you go!

Our first time and we were not disappointed! We ordered Smash Burgers and fries! Both sooo good!!! FF’s right out of the fryer! We will be back! Love the sports bar atmosphere, reminds me of home in Western NY(Bills Country).AND Sarah was our fabulous waitress!! Attentive and fun!!!

This is my 3rd visit to Paul's. Each time has been completely different, yet the one thing that is consistent is the quality of the food. My husband and I were looking for a place to get lunch on New Year's Day. Well, one thing is for sure we made the right choice. They were very short, staffed, yet the service was friendly and most importantly the food was amazing! Normally, I'm a let's stick to what we know. In the visits, I've tried three DIFFERENT meals! That's huge for me! They are always updating the menu as well, so that also helps. Check out Paul's if you are in Oak Island, 100% worth it!!!

Paul’s of Oak Island is one of my favorite go to places to eat! I have some dietary restrictions. They are always so accommodating. The best impossible smash burger with a gluten free bun and gluten free fries! It’s not very often I can find a place with burger and fries I can eat. My hubby loves their good too. Today is my 42nd wedding anniversary and I choose their smash burger and fries for dinner! ❤️🍔🍟

Absolutely amazing time with Brandon at the bar. Quick and high quality service, even with unusual drink requests. We will definitely be back.
