“The customer service is excellent. I had high hopes for the food, but was disappointed. I worked at an Italian restaurant growing up and have spent a lot of time in Italy. I wasn’t expecting authentic. In my opinion the crust lacked flavor, was tough and was undercooked in the center. A big turnoff for me was the sausage, it was white/gray in color and sliced like pepperoni. I thought this pizza was extra heavy on grease content. I would probably not return.“

Succulent, tender, and packed with deep, rich flavor that had us savoring each bite.

But the real star of our visit was the service. Brandy, our server, went above and beyond. She was incredibly attentive and made us feel like we were the only table in the place. We asked a lot of questions, and she answered each one with enthusiasm and genuine care. It was clear she loves her job, and that positive energy made the experience even more enjoyable.

“I was thrilled to see Jets pizza offer a gluten free pizza that was the standard thin crust that others use so I decided to check it out. Like most pizza places it's a small pizza for the price of a regular pizza, but being gluten intolerant I know that it simply costs more to prepare gluten free dishes. I ordered online and when I arrived 20 mins later it was ready. The guy at the counter was friendly and even offered to remake my pizza because it didn't have enough cheese on part of it. In the current climate attitudes and services are often not as they should be, however, I had an amazing experience from start to finish. The gluten free crust was nice, thick, fluffy, and tasty. I would say more cheese would be the only thing that makes it even better! Thanks Jets pizza for finally making a worthwhile Gluten Free Pizza. ( No I was not paid for the review!).
