“So glad we decided to eat here during our stay in Asheboro. The young woman who took our order was helpful, kind and welcoming. The food was EXCELLENT! I had the cheesesteak special with fries. The fries had a really good seasoning on them and the cheesesteak was very good. My husband had the large calzone- it was HUGE and also very good. Highly recommend! They had a cute little section to sit in beside the ordering stand. It was a little hidden- really glad we found that because we had a toddler who needed a highchair.“
“Found this place on line.Looked good so gave it a try.First time there I ordered a Large New York Stromboli.Ingredients include ham, pepperoni, salami, mozzarella,tomatoes & Italian spices. $13.99 Very Good.Second time I ordered the Cajun Chicken Alfredowith the chicken grilled. “As someone of Sicilian heritage I can attest to the fact that this place is truly amazing! The calzone reminds me of the small Mom and Pop Italian shops in the South side of Pittsburgh. Toni also makes one of the best Pescatore Pasta, with lots of flavorful seafood.“
“I grew up in the area and haven't had Sir Pizza in almost 20 years. It's just like I remembered. Perfect crust, perfect toppings. We shared a large chef salad and had plenty of leftovers. We also had the small pizzas and were able to take the extras with us.“
“Zekos pizza in Asheboro, NC, is another hidden gem. The service was good. I ordered my food togo and I received it hot and ready. I ordered a large ham and pepperoni stromboli and a chicken taco salad. The stromboli was huge, you can tell by the picture. It was loaded with ham and pepperoni, and the cheese pull was crazy. Also, the chicken taco salad was loaded, and it was big as well. I spent about $25 in total, and I must say it was worth every penny. Overall, my food was amazing, and I would definitely recommend this place.“
“This is odd for going to an Italian restaurant but I had their wings special the day my family was there. Only sauce available was hot. Not a hot sauce kind of guy. Had the wings plain and they were done to perfection. Crispy outside, tender inside. Their classic Italian dishes are some of the best I've had. Give this place a shot. You won't be sorry.“
“I have to give Sir Pizza 5 stars - this is one of the best locations to get what is one of the best pizza's available in NC. This is apparently a Chicago tavern style pizza with some tweaks. The crust is thin but not overly crunchy and the toppings take center stage. It's not everyone's favorite but everyone who loves it will be back - there aren't many pizza's like this available in the state.Service and ambiance are pizza pub style, this isn't the best service of the Sir Pizza possible locations but is among the best food.“
“We love Pizza Inn but had bad experience in Spartanburg. This one is the best. Very clean spacious and service was outstanding. Hope Asheboro appreciates this place. Keep it clean Would love to get one in Wilmington,NC!Parking: Went there at noon on a Friday thinking it would be crowded. Full but plenty of parking spaces and we’re not bumping into one another inside either. Wonderful experience!“
“I had the Steak Special Sub with onion rings. I was full half way through my meal and planning to take the rest home but it was just so tasty I couldn't stop. It just doesn't get any better. Highly recommend for quality of food and pricing. Very nice atmosphere, and clean. Great friendly service.“
