Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever had. Endless excuses as to why my order didn’t get processed when done online!! Then no apologies for the system error. These younger generation workers are oblivious as to what customer service is!!I am done with the incompetence at this establishment.

Great food. We enjoy coming here; however, we aren’t too happy with their online hours saying they’re open, being able to place a pickup order, having money drafted from our account, only to drive to the store and they be closed. Not the first time it’s happened.

Rutherfordton. The staff was very nice and went out of the way to make sure I was able to eat something that did not have soy or soybean oil. They also kindly mailed back an item my daughter left!

Amazing customer service goes a long way. The young lady up front was extremely polite and helpful. Sometimes I can't decide what I want. But she helped me with easy figure out something new and amazing for me to try. I may just come back simply for the amazing customer service here. Glad I stopped by and grabbed something to go before work.

Good location, nice building, clean. Prices are high for less than mediocre food. We've ate here at least five times. Today we had shrimp and broccoli alfredo. It was $20 per plate. Stouffers would have been better. Almost no flavor. I do not recommend this restaurant based on all visits. None were good.

Last two times we ordered pizza to go, the quality is horrible. Pizza was cold both times and we are less than a 15 minute drive. The toppings are thrown on as if the pizza is pre. Cooked and toppings are added after an order. Called to tell them the pizza was cold and they said we would have to talk to the company that does there online orders if we wanted a refund.

Only rating 4 stars overall, because we have ordered and picked up pizza only from here twice since moving to town 4 weeks ago. Their pizza is 5 star worthy and assume their indoor atmosphere is great, just don't know yet.
