“What a hidden gem that we stumbled upon! We will be back over and over again! First time was amazing so we drove 45 minutes today to see if it was a fluke or just that good! Incredible is all I can say. Needless to say we’ll be back. The shrimp appetizer is so good. And to date my favorite blacken ahi tuna bowl. Not to mention a wicked espresso martini❤️. Highly recommend! Great staff and amazing chef! You won’t be disappointed.”

“Every time I have gone the food has been amazing except last night I ordered the ribeye cajun style and medium rare. The steak had no flavor. It didn’t even have salt and pepper on it, and it was cooked rare, and it was super fatty. my dad got the chopped sirloin like he always gets and there was not a lot of meat like usual and again no flavor like they didn’t use seasoning this go around. It was super disappointing.”

“I’ve been visiting The Nook for years, and while the service is just as good as it’s ever been, it feels like the heart just isn’t in the food anymore.
My fiancé had their pecan waffle and bacon - asked for bacon extra crispy. Loved the waffle, but the bacon was still floppy. I had bacon, grits, and hashbrowns. The bacon was thick, floppy and hard to chew. Grits were really salty, and I didn’t finish them.
I usually come for “my usual”, which I didn’t get this time or for a waffle. I feel like no matter what you get on the menu, it should still hit, especially when they’re basic food items.
Overall, it’s a great little breakfast joint. It’s fast paced and very busy, so be prepared for that. The owner is very personable and friendly! She is definitely involved in her business. I recommend the Breakfast Nook and will definitely be back again!”

“Very disappointed in the chicken salad on the croissant on our last visit I am not sure if they ran out of chicken, but there was more egg in it than chicken and no mayonnaise at all very dry. This was our second time there the first time we were there. The food was amazing and the pie was amazing too, but this time just disappointed in the chicken salad, which wasn’t really chicken salad. It was a chicken and egg on a croissant and very dry.”

“Wonderful place! First time in today. It was a Cozy and welcoming atmosphere. Everyone who was working was so kind to me. I had a chai latte and a breakfast panini. Both were delicious. “Cream horns. I was in locust nc the other day. I love cream horns and they are hard to find in my area. My sister told me that this bakery had cream horns. Oh boy! did I flip out so I went in. What was in the display case? cream horns. I bought 2 and they were so good. So I now have found my cream horn supplier. I can say only one thing you like cream horns you need to check this lil bakery out. I give it a 10 star rating highly recommend.”

Jenny was an amazing host and even got to know all the guests by name. We had around 15 people and the space was just right. Food and drinks were excellent! Thank you!”

“If you like boba tea, you'll love this place. I especially enjoy the yogurt boba tea. There are lots of options and there are some sweet treats to choose from. There are tables with small two player games to keep you busy as you enjoy your drinks and yummy treats.

I have been here weekly and wish there was a Boba Cafe near me. No one else makes the yogurt tea option near me.”
