“Boyfriend and I stopped here yesterday for some breakfast before our zoo day. Food and service was incredible! The ladies working there were efficient, warm, and welcoming. Our food tasted like a home cooked meal. Thank you guys for a wonderful experience. 10/10 recommend!”

“Right on main street and very busy and small, service was good for the one server and the one cook. Pizza was good. I think it only has 6 tables so at lunch time many are turned away.”

“It's like being at your favorite Myrtle Beach shag club and seafood restaurant, but overlooking Badin Lake. The food is good and the wait staff is friendly. I highly recommend the shrimp and grits. They have a large outdoor seating area as well as indoor seating. The outdoor area is enclosed for winter and heated. Every weekend they have live bands and lots of dancing.”

“Been twice so far. Food first night was great. Second night they were out of a few things soI ordered something different and it was decent.Atmosphere is good. Looks a bit dated but fun.Always something fun going on though. Hoping to become regulars there now that we moved into neighborhood.”

“Great!!! My husband, daughter and I had an early dinner here today and loved it. We live in Randolph County, but I had a Dr appointment in Albermarle. I looked up restaurants near me and I picked Mazatlan because the reviews were great and we love to support family owned businesses. We walked in and were immediately greeted and sat. Service was excellent, the food was fresh and delicious, Salsa was the best we've had, and the sweet tea was very good! The entire staff spoke to us throughout our meal and made sure we had everything we needed. Everything came out fast as well, but we never felt rushed! This will definitely be my go to place when I'm in town for Dr appointments.”

“Coffee Central is probably the best coffee/ice cream shop within 100 miles! It’s cheap, quick, and delicious. I get his spiced chai at least three times a week, it’s that good. Totally recommend.Kid-friendliness: There’s probably 20 different ice cream flavors for your kids to choose from.”

“The food at Lulu's is usually good. I am judging from a few trips to this location. With the economy and all it feels like a low blow to even mention, but it's a bit pricey. On my last visit the service was a bit slow as we ranlo on drink Emma table. It bears mentioning that the place can get a bit busy. And it was busy during my last visit.Parking: There is a limited parking but I feel it is ample for the size of the business.”

Small place,and it fills up often, but it is well worth a visit. Service is fast and efficient. Our go-to place for take out,Philly steak,ribeye steak,and the reuben,all are excellent.Parking: When they are busy, it can be tough to find a parking spot.”

“I’m not from Albemarle so today I had to work Albemarle I do healthcare transportation 6 AM in the morning 630. Little lady I was taken to dialysis didn’t have breakfast and I said well I can stop and get you something. You gotta eat before you so I googled winks that’s what she wanted. I did not know they did not take debit cards but let me tell you the hospitality I got in that place this morning was unbelievable. The girl says well you can come back and pay later, even after I told her I wasn’t from here, so the gentleman sitting by the register payed for her food thank you I didn’t think people did that anymore so freaking awesome but needless to say I’ll be in Albemarle all day so hopefully I can get by ATM and swing back in there and pay for my food and maybe for the gentleman food tomorrow for him to pass it forward because it was a blessing for The lady she had to eat before she went to dialysis so a big shout out thank y’all!!! If This is the hospitality, Albemarle throw out I’m moving to Albemarle just saying”

“Went for the 1st time with my mother for lunch and I must say that they did not disappoint. The service was great as well as the food. I will most definitely be going back. I did not get a chance to try the highly recommended pie ? but I will the next time I stop to eat lunch.”
