This subway has really gone down . Old bread . Can’t pick your toppings anymore you just get what they want you to have . They don’t accept coupons . Very unclean and you can’t understand the lady taking your order . Never again I’m done with subway .

My girlfriend ordered a salad, two wraps, added bacon to one of the wraps.The worker, (I think he's the owner) was rude, very skimpy with the ingredients and only put bologna on the cold cut wrap. He charged for a protein bowl instead of a salad, a combo she didn't order or receive and extra for cheese on my salad.If he's the owner I hope he goes out of business soon. He's ripping people off.I will be contacting Subway's corporate office Monday. I suggest everyone else does the same. The people of Oakboro deserve better.

Great sandwich/hoagies place with plenty of options to choose from. Cookies and chips are delicious and drinks are fresh. Nice little area next to a doing center.

The lady that made my sandwich was on the phone from the time I entered then put the phone down, made my sandwich then continued her conversation. She gave me no napkins and seemed to rush to get my sandwich made so she could get back to her phone conversation. Nor did I get a receipt for my meal.... that's some poor customer

owners are stingey on their meats and veggies. usally you will get no napkins unless you ask. also, they do not accept coupons that other locations do. to me, I wish this subway had different owners and actually cared more about their customers!

Service is ok. Now will not allow you to choose your own toppings, just starts tossing everything together without asking. Also cannot rely on the place being open during normal business hours.

I was very distrayon some news I got before entering Subwayappz an hour ago. When I later now go to eat not thinking I have to watch make sure everything I said is on it. Nope no pickles no cucumbers. Watch her make it if you want what you paid for. I called she was very rude to me!! Bad bad customer service ?

Service ok. Sandwich ok the lady was confused about a older 50 dollar bill I was paying with. Don't know how long she's been in America. But anyone knew it was real. Lol. Bless her heart lol

The food was nothing but horrible. Bought 3 subs and hardly no meat, veggies were not fresh, and it was so terrible. Went back to complain and the guy gave us more subs. We ended up throwing them away bc the meat was almost spoiled

Staff is awesome and they were trying there best. BUT THE OWNER OF THIS RESTAURANT NEEDS TO GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. The worker that talked to me said that they get in trouble for staying later to clean up and do prep work for the next day. That's why they have a 93 sanitation grade. Please don't work at this subway. The owner will beat you down.

Order placed online paid. My 93yr old grandmother I care for when attempting to put her in car her legs gave out couldn't even stand. That made me not able to go get order. I called store to explain & advise. Mgr told me he would hold order for next day. I called next day while I had a sitter & Mgr told me give him 15-20 to make fresh new sandwiches. Order was ready brought to my car. I offered to pay again he said no no. Got home 2 mins away n sandwiches had been nooked in microwave from Night b4 making bread moist n lettuce look bad etc... tried calling back & no answer n 3rd attempt left voicemail. So far 43.00 lost.
