“We listen and we don’t judge.” Omg their garlic sauce with their mussels and clams. I drank it with a straw. Key lime pie martini is fresh, bright, and filled with flavor. Their oyster shot is awesome especially if you are just dying for an oyster. The hubs pretzel and a Holden tea? (I think that is what it was). The pretzel was soft and buttery and the cheese sauce was perfect to dunk the cheese. His tea…. Ooooo you can find trouble with that tea!!!! Back to that sauce though. Extra, EXTRA bread is a must. Service is amazing and attentive. Definitely a place you want to go during the beginning of your vacation so you can go BACK TO IT! I’ll be back tomorrow!

Got us seated a table of 10 without a booking, thank you. Awesome breakfast, no frills just decent home cooked food, absolutely hit the spot.

We definitely felt like "castaways" at the Castaway Grill. On arrival, we were told to take a seat anywhere and then were served strange tasting coffee in styrofoam cups. My partners styrofoam water cup had a hair on the side of it when it arrived at the table. We then shortly noticed a large quantity of dead flies on the floor adjacent to our table, one of which was still alive and trying to move around. Then, we noticed a fly land in the hair of a lady sitting at the table next to us and another fly landed in my partners styrofoam water cup. We decided it was time to go, so we got our food to go and paid at the register where we saw a sign showing the restaurant had a "sanitation rating" of 96.0.... after we ate our ok tasting food, we did not feel good. The grits were not very good. I would not recommend eating here if you are looking for a clean place to take your family.

Excellent service but limited selection of food options. Great bar menu.

Vegetarian options: Ordered shrimp burger and shrimp was made into a patty.

There's a reason you can catch so many locals here. My family and I stopped here on a Saturday morning after seeing a long line at another spot. Food was awesome and the service was excellent. I had a simple but delicious bacon, egg, and cheese sandwich. My kids (two 10 yo boys) each enjoyed a plate sized pancake w/ bacon (crispy, their favorite) and my wife had the feta omelet which she said was excellent. Cool local college vibe with maybe one too many Carolina logos :) but really a great spot for folks on the island or maybe heading home after check out. If we ever find ourselves down that way again, we're definitely stopping.
