Domino's Pizza

We ordered a pizza 2 1/2 hours ago and still have not received it. No one will answer the phone. This is the worst pizza delivery I have ever had to deal with. We are literally 5 minutes from the store!! Absolutely unacceptable.

Online order , over two hours and tracker shows pizza done at one hour and still no pizza at house. Canceled order. Phone calls not answered for 22 minutes.

Great food

Lets start with no gloves in the kitchen.
Touching hair, each other, then touching food.
No hand washing of any employee.

Divulge, that the Olives are kalmata.
If someone pays... for double meat, please don't be the meat police.
Same with extra cheese, I paid, where is it.
Light sauce, wasn't light.
Got a second pizza, next day without olives. Thinking, give it another try.
It was way overcooked. Hardly any meat, or cheese.
When I SAY NEVER again, I mean it.
The competition is thick for pizza.
Caveat.. the short girl at the register, was very nice.

I just had the best customer service from this franchise. It's peak tourist season, and everyone is swamped. They'd run out of something we'd ordered online, and they contacted us right away. The manager, Owen, was so understanding and accommodating. It was a really pleasant experience. Plus, their delivery is FAST.

This was the greatest Domino's Pizza I've been to. They gave us the biggest, most delicious cinnamon bread twists. The Parmesan stuffed crust pizza was also great.

Don’t close until 12am but WILL NOT make a pizza after 11. 11:20- door locked. Was told “could not take a payment at the store.” Ordered online and would not go through, then the clerk blamed it on the system. If your employees don’t want to work after 11pm, shut your store down. Lazy employees.

Low price but I guess you get what you pay for. Easy ordering process, relatively quick, and updates up to delivery. All good to that point but our order was completely wrong. I tried to call the store and was on hold for 15 minutes without anyone picking up. Complained online and was merely given a coupon for my ‘next order’. Well there will be no next order. Ate the plain cheese pizzas they sent which were relatively tasteless. Parmesan bites weren’t bad though.
2 stars for Food only because of the Parmesan bites, otherwise a 1. 1 Star for service but bumped to 2 due to speed

I received my order over 2 hours after it was placed. My original order was sent to the wrong house and then we waited over an hour again. I called dominos to get an update and had to wait on hold for 10 mins and they would not give me a refund because I paid in cash. Absolute nightmare of an experience.

I will NEVER order Dominos again and I’ll tell you why, I ordered my food at 7 o clock and did not receive it until after 9. I tried calling the local store and got a pre recorded message that looped for over 30 minutes and still couldn’t reach anyone. Then I called customer service just to get a message telling me I had to text with a representative and still was no help at all. My food was cold by the time I got it as well

Trash. Ordered when they were open and they told me the driver went home but they still charged me. Dominos was (sadly) my only option tonight and they certainly did not disappoint. On par with how they usual operate. I’d add a photo but nothing was delivered!

Good but expensive for just two pizza’s.

I always order from here. Friendly fast service. I love the chicken buffalo pizza with hand tossed crust and the Parmesan bites. They are so delicious. The loaded chicken and tots also good. I took a star off cause they never answer the phone and today my loaded chicken was burned but other than everything is always fresh and delicious

Awesome service here! Ordered 11 pizzas today to gift a company for great service. It was first thing in the morning, opening time and they went above and beyond!!! I will not order anywhere else!
