Domino's Pizza

So, I ordered a pizza on the app. I ordered an extravaganza PAN with Alfredo sauce. Not tomato sauce. So the pizza gets here, and it has tomato sauce. So I call back to the place. A female.
Answers the phone.And they proceeded to tell me that. Oh, that's why they don't order on the app.
Because it messes up all the time and that they can't replace the pizza because the driver won't get paid for delivering a new pizza. I told the lady well. I'm allergic to tomato sauce. What I'm supposed to do. Be out 20 some dollars. She said, "Yes, there's nothing I can do for you, ma'am." You should call an order over the phone next time, so then it would be right.

I ordered a large NY style. The flavor and balance of sauce , cheese and dough was good, and what I love is they built all the way out to 1/2 inch from the edge, that’s what I like

We ordered 2 pizzas 1 large and 1 pan. The large was great, but the medium was cold, greasy and had plastic parts from some kind of object in the pizza.

Excellent NY style pizza. We loved the crust and flavors. It was as good as the pizzas at more expensive restaurants. It's a great option if you're not interested in the dine-in experience.

Called for a pizza at 5pm was on hold for 25 minutes- ordered pizza and supposed to be delivered in 30 minutes- it never came- as Yogi Berra said’place is so popular nobody goes there anymore- my suggestion do what I’m doing from now on Papa John’s or Maria’s I Ocean Isle Beach

Second time in the past few weeks that you order online and estimated wait is 20-30 minutes. An hour later pizza still being prepped. Inquire in the store and they say online orders take 1 to 1 1/2 hours If online online orders take an hour or more use that as you estimated wait time. Canceled the order this time and won’t be back. Would rather travel a bit further where you can get better service

We called to place an order. We live super close. Guy on phone was extremely disrespectful and hung up on me. Service has been good there before but this man in particular was super rude. Definitely will try a different location!

First the pizza was cold and burnt when it arrived. When I tried to call in to report the issue I waited for 15 minutes and was on hold for that time.

Jessica the manager is rude, I order 20 pizzas and she called me right away with an attitude and gave me 2 and half hours waiting time and she told me that I could gave them a heads up for an order like that, that's ridiculous, 2 and a half hours for 20 pizzas? I work at Dominos in KY and we do better than this location in Ocean Isle Beach we have had 300 pizzas with not a heads up and gess what we have done it in less than 2 and half hours this place and the manager are ridiculous, we will not order from this place anymore. I will take my business to papa john's like I did today and they delivered the 20 pizzas in less than an hour.
