Won't go back. No customer service.

Don’t do curbside take out here. You’ll pull up and wait 30 minutes while the employees inside look at you while playing on their phones and eating pizza until you ultimately go inside to retrieve your cold pizza.

Tooooo many times now I’ve ordered more than 45 mins before close, orders are ACCEPTED, only to receive texts less than 5 minutes later that my order is cancelled. If you don’t want to WORK quit. Lazy lazy lazy
First time Heather cancelled my order on a Sunday night w/ 1am close, ordered placed 12:25 with website confirming 20 min delivery.
Second time Cadence cancelled my order on a Thursday night w/ 12am close, ordered placed at 11:12 with website confirming 25-35 min delivery.
When I called and talked to Cadence I was told the delivery driver quit and she had to close the STORE.
Then why is ordering available and why is she AT THE STORE?
Laziness. Pure laziness. No one wants to work anymore. Bet the floors were mopped and they were watching TikToks til they could lock the doors 10 mins early.

Pizza was dry, it took almost 45 min to pick up our order.

We had a large extravaganza and it was excellent. It was hot and on time. The pizza was piled high with toppings and the crust was spot on. We will be back'

Ordered pizza at 11:30am for the people working on my house as a Thank You. The estimated delivery time was 25 minutes. After an hour, I called the local store and spoke to the store manager. He did not apologize once, refused to comp the order and generally, could care less. The workers ended up going to buy their own lunch as it ended up being 90 minutes before the order was delivered. The attitude from the store manager matches my experience completely. I will never order from this location again based on his attitude and response.

Tried repeatedly to order cash and credit card a pizza from this location. Apparently because we are close enough to what they call a sketchy area which would be hell swamp Road. They refuse to deliver. I have never seen a more racist and and biased area ever . The sins of the past do not dictate the future everybody is not the same. They are very judgmental.

If I could review the service below one I would. My cheese marinara showed up as if they had barely dumped any marinara. The cheese was burnt onto the bottom. Dominos is normally my favorite but this store is tragic. When I called the manager picked up and I asked her why it was like that and she said it’s the typical portion… and that she’s worked there for YEARS!?! I’ve ordered dominos so many times and it’s never come like burnt cheese on the bottom of an aluminum pan? Can anyone tell me if that’s how disgusting it’s normally served in this area?! She said she’s been there for 2 years so maybe that’s why everyone I ask here says don’t order dominos in this area but it’s crazy because when I called to complain and ask why it arrived this way, she hung up on me and I’m sure she’ll have her own weird version of events in the comments just like she had her own weird comments about how my burnt cheese filling up a quarter inch of the pan on the order I got was “normal” but you shouldn’t be a manager if you can’t talk to someone calmly asking you why their order of cheese marinara is just cheese almost burnt to the bottom with barely any marinara. Guys! She said she worked there for two years! Also I was offered a refund that she didn’t sound very sure of giving to me. I’ll let you all know if it comes through.

So, I ordered a pizza on the app. I ordered an extravaganza PAN with Alfredo sauce. Not tomato sauce. So the pizza gets here, and it has tomato sauce. So I call back to the place. A female.
Answers the phone.And they proceeded to tell me that. Oh, that's why they don't order on the app.
Because it messes up all the time and that they can't replace the pizza because the driver won't get paid for delivering a new pizza. I told the lady well. I'm allergic to tomato sauce. What I'm supposed to do. Be out 20 some dollars. She said, "Yes, there's nothing I can do for you, ma'am." You should call an order over the phone next time, so then it would be right.

I ordered a large NY style. The flavor and balance of sauce , cheese and dough was good, and what I love is they built all the way out to 1/2 inch from the edge, that’s what I like

We ordered 2 pizzas 1 large and 1 pan. The large was great, but the medium was cold, greasy and had plastic parts from some kind of object in the pizza.

Excellent NY style pizza. We loved the crust and flavors. It was as good as the pizzas at more expensive restaurants. It's a great option if you're not interested in the dine-in experience.
