Good affordable seafood and the key lime pie was to die for.
Small but had what we needed plus a bit more. Prices were reasonable.
The seafood quality and freshness was exquisite. However, the customer service highly questionable. Me and my family had purchased some shrimp, Cajun spice and fish. The cashier then accused my son of stealing and hiding the spice even though it was on the table with the other things being purchased by me and we had purchased it. After she was yelling, “Thief! He hid it from me!” we asked for a receipt to show her proof of purchase. She then refused to show us said receipt. Overall, the experience was bizarre but the food was divine.

We love Doug’s! July 3rd we got shrimp that was fantastic, what my family agrees is the BEST key lime pie and shrimp bait for fishin’. Can’t beat that for all your beach needs!!

Great quality and good prices.
This place has a high quality selection of seafood. My crew bought Farro salmon, scallops, and tuna. All tasted excellent. Definitely stop in this joint on your way into the beach.

Doug's has fresh picked crab meat, picked in Oriental NC. I use the claw meat for crab muffins and backfin for crab cakes. For Christmas, we got snow crab legs, mussels, shrimp, and clams. The folks at Doug's are helpful and friendly.
They make the best crabcakes!
The only place we buy fresh seafood, large shrimp and during this trip, flounder. The staff is friendly and helpful.
Trashy as hell selling rotten oysters that’ll make you sick just by looking at them and the smell don’t shop here go to eagle island or anywhere else but not here get told min we’re set aside took 30 mins to get there and they sold them then tried passing off some disgusting Virginia ones what out they scammers
