Very friendly service, lots of vegan and gluten free options, nice outdoor seating, and public bathrooms across the street are not bad!

Everything we had here was phenomenal, especially the fresh made pita bread and hummus. Great little hidden spot for lunch!

After trying every food option on the island, I can safely say Helios is the best fast casual option there is. The quality is impeccable, and the hummus is brilliant. I live a 14 hour drive away in a major US city and, still, I will be dreaming of it until I can have it again! Will forever be searching for hummus this good elsewhere.

The Charon pizza is ACTUALLY spicy. The Harissa sauce drizzle is spectacular and pairs well with the soft pita. If you like heat, this is the pizza for you. The Helios salad is always a go-to as well. I love the freshness of the ingredients. 10/10 for the fig balsamic. Stop here when you come to Ocracoke!

We were from out of town, but we love Mediterranean food! So when we found Helios' we had to try it! It was great! Food tasty, quick and the service was top notch! The polenta was a bit bland, but from everything we ordered.... Everything else was very fresh and refreshing. Seating is only outside, so it was perfect for us that day. But if it was rainy, we may not have ever went. Definitely will return, rain or shine next time.

Hummus and pita are life changing!!! Everyone in our group liked their pita and kebabs too but the hummus and pita are the star of the show. Definitely check this place out!
