“I have no clue where to begin. You walk up to the stand and you are smacked in the face by the amazing smells of steak shrimp and salsa. You look around and see happy family’s and dogs sharing meals together. (Water bowls are left for the dogs) once you go to order the employees there are so sweet and fast. I have met the owner multiple times and he is the nicest man I have ever met in my life. As you wait for your food you can see the birds hoping around or go to the gift shop they have. (I have multiple shirts and pins). Once your food is done you can either eat it on their picnic tables immediately or take it home. Either way it is fresh and delicious. Not lying when I say it’s the best food I have ever had.”

“I absolutely LOVED the Figgy pizza!!!! My only complaint is that it was too small. I could’ve definitely eaten 2 - 3 more pieces of it. I may have to try to find a way to re-create it once I’m home and off the island.”

“We were welcomed with coffee almost before our butts hit the chairs. Our server, Daniel, was promptly at our table with a smile to take our order. Tasty omelettes and hash browns arrived in the blink of an eye, and Daniel frequently checked on our meal and topped off our coffee. Delicious food, excellent service, and reasonable prices- positives all the way around!”

“Great beers, great location, upstairs deck is perfect to watch a sunset from while sipping beers that are hitting the mark. We tried three, from the Kolsch to the Dark Lager to the Rye Ale. 5 stars. If you love Ocracoke Island and love great beer, you need to visit.”

“Fantastic food, friendly service and great prices. I am here working and my hours start very early. This place opens at 6:00am. The pancakes are some of the best I've had and I think I'll be eating lunch here too. Stop here if you're hungry!”

“We found this gem when we vacationed to Ocracoke one June 6th, 2021. It's tucked along a side street near the castle hotel. The food takes some time, but it is worth it! The burrito I got was flavorful and amazing. The rice and beans were also very good, and the salsa is homemade and bursting with flavor. There are tables near the truck but we ate it on the waterfront.”

“Honestly, some of the best food in Ocracoke. From Cobia to Voodoo Shrimp....to giant burgers and pork sliders. Don't get me started on how good the house-made chips are! You can't miss this spot for at least two meals while you are on the island.”

“We were greeted by a friendly employee who helped us with our selections. The Chocolate Chip Mint and Chocolate milkshakes were delicious according to my wife and son. I enjoyed creamy Butter Pecan Ice cream on a waffle cone. Delicious.”

“The menu is the craziest combination of so many different types of food. From burgers, blooming onions, mahi tacos to Chinese. Everything we got was amazing. The cost is decent, the atmosphere is adorable and the service fantastic. Highly recommend blue berry cobbler if they have it for dessert.”
