This is the nicest Hardee’s I have ever been to. I have visited a couple times on my way to the trails nearby, and both times, the service, food, and atmosphere were excellent. I understand from other reviewers that this restaurant doesn’t get it right every single time, but it has been my observation that there is actually a great deal of care and pride taken by the good people employed here.

Breakfast is pretty good. The chicken strips use to be good, but now I don't think they change out there oil, because it always has an old oil taste for the past year.

So this morning I had a mobile order. I ordered the platter with the steak patty. They happened to run out of it but the lady called me and let me know and asked what she could substitute for it. I don't eat pork so I asked for the chicken. By her calling and fixing the order she showed respect for my time. Then when I opened my meal, it was fresh, correct, and there was a kind note on it that said you ate loved! It made my day! I have never had any problems at the Hardee's in old fort but they really went above and beyond to make me feel valued as a customer but also as a person.

Food was pretty standard for a Hardee's. Service was okay. Half of the menu board didn't work so I just had to pick something I could see. No straw in the bag (unfortunate for road tripping and trying to drive).
