So this morning I had a mobile order. I ordered the platter with the steak patty. They happened to run out of it but the lady called me and let me know and asked what she could substitute for it. I don't eat pork so I asked for the chicken. By her calling and fixing the order she showed respect for my time. Then when I opened my meal, it was fresh, correct, and there was a kind note on it that said you ate loved! It made my day! I have never had any problems at the Hardee's...

Food was pretty standard for a Hardee's. Service was okay. Half of the menu board didn't work so I just had to pick something I could see. No straw in the bag (unfortunate for road tripping and trying to drive).

Stopped here on the way back to Durham yesterday and the drive thru lady was very friendly and sweet. The food was great and was made hot and fresh. Will definitely stop here again! What is you all's social media tags?
