They didn't 86 sausage burritos so gave my partner 2 plain sausage muffins instead, then didnt even give me the sauce, this is the second time I've been disappointed at this location. At least give me an equal value food or upgrade when its entirely your mistake. At least the food was kind of hot.

The bathroom wasn't really dirty. All our food was cold. We ordered from the ap, and was given the option for table service, which hasn't happened after a 20 minute wait. As walking to the counter our names were being called and the "dine in" bags were being set on the counter. I would give them another chance if I lived local, but as a traveler, nope, ain't no way. Not to mention, my wife will only eat hot fries, you guessed it, she took hers back and requested another fry that was hot...The cashier actually got snappy with my wife, walked away, and sent another employee up to the counter with hot fries.

Bathrooms don't have proper handicap for women's room very hard for us to get in and out of the door .only 1 side ofb the business has a handicap ramp wouldn't it be better to have both sides with ramps ?easier for us ♿️ handicap people to since alot of elderly go there and handicap parking is always full
this McDonald's is this worst franchise in the McDonald's industry they're dirty and unprofessional if i was door dash i wouldn't allow them to use the platform. i accepted this order and arrived at the restaurant upon arrival i noticed the employees all upfront in the lobby area i waited in the drive thru for 10 minutes and no one had the professionalism to say "we're closed and no longer accepting orders " instead they sat there and walked back and forth not acknowledging me. after I knocked on the window Multiple employees walked by and didn't say anything after a second attempt The supervisor or manager came to the window with a attitude After I explained to him or her i don't know "their" pronouns The manager "Wesley" young white male with a little sassy attitude In a very unprofessional manner said and I quote "we're closed not my problem bye" and proceeded to close the window in my face I'm pretty sure multiple people can say this McDonald's has some good apples and very bad apples This is how they treat locals they don't care and it shows if they represent McDonald's than Mcdonalds Do better and hire real adults that restaurant is full of unprofessional young adults very unprofessional.
