Horrible service. So called fast food it took them 20+ minutes to get a small order prepared. They told me it would just be a few minutes but it turned into almost a half hour. Not only that once we got our food it was cold and extremely salty. Bad experience

Ordered a large coffee and it was filled halfway. Ordered a bacon egg and cheese biscuit and there wasn’t egg on it. When I enquired about it nobody would wait on me inside. I will NEVER stop there again. They suck

I've never in my life seen such incompetent and lazy people. We ordered our food and sat in the drive thru line for ELEVEN minutes before even getting to the payment window. Then, when we got that far we sat there for another two or three minutes while the guy in the window proceeded to wash his hands and completely ignore us. We finally got fed up and left. These people think they're entitled to $12 and $13 an hour... what ever happened to customer courtesy?

7:40 PM on Sunday July 27, 2025 - Went inside. We ordered a burger and chicken tenders with 2 large coffees. We got the coffee immediately. Waited 25 minutes. Nothing was special order. We finally just asked for our money back and paid for the coffees. The fellow behind us asked for his money back also. Everyone was working in slow motion. No organization. At least 4 workers were in there. We have been to this McD’s in the past with great service. We know they were short of help. The drive thru line was even backed up. Everyone was mad because someone could not or would not come in. Get over it; deal with it; reassign tasks and work as a team;-) In my honest opinion That was the main problem- No Team Work.

I stood at the counter for over half an hour and none of the employees would even speak to me. They acted like I wasn't even there. When I finally got someone to take my order, they put it in and immediately forgot about it. After another 20 minutes someone asked if I needed anything and I told them I was waiting on my food. I told them what I ordered and they had it out after another 10 minutes. I have never been in a restaurant where the staff intentionally ignored me. It was pathetic.
Came to this McDonalds late looking for a snack before an hour drive home (22:30). Multiple people in there, and as we were ordering, some guy next to us said “we’ve been waiting for 30 minutes” so this was concerning, we waited and waited, and finally the food came out, not well announced, and it was about 5 minutes before we even realized it was ours. I got in my car (I’m not driving) and I am hoping that this food is good for the wait. No, not even close, I’m not just being picky, I’ve eaten at McDonald’s ALOT, and this food tasted the worst.

Nuggets are under cooked at this location and the quality of their food and service drastically changes based on who is working at the time. Constantly not getting the right order, constantly missing items, and always getting ignored at the counter after you pay. They throw orders up and don't tell you if its yours and good luck trying to get a missing item, they will look you in the eye and ignore you, the older women who work here are the only good employees, plus the younger woman with the cool pins. Everyone else is just not even trying. I don't normally review but the lack of quality control in old fort is awful
