I wish I could honestly put .01 of a star. Tried to go inside to order food and the manager locked the door then pointed at her watch like it wasn't time to be open yet when lobby opens at 5am and its 630am. Slack and we won't be coming back.

Since they don’t post reviews for people to see on DoorDash. Over an hour wait from McDonald’s, which is insane for food that’s supposed to be fast and edible. I don’t care if it was a lack of drivers or the store, the result was garbage. Everything showed up soggy, sloppy, and clearly assembled with resentment. The Big Macs had only middle buns. Not one top. Not one bottom. Just bun purgatory. The McDouble was dry like it had been forgotten on a counter and rediscovered out of guilt. And the fries? Cold, limp, and completely pointless. This wasn’t a meal, it was a warning. I’m sure a critter outside will eat it, maybe… Do better.

Horrible service. So called fast food it took them 20+ minutes to get a small order prepared. They told me it would just be a few minutes but it turned into almost a half hour. Not only that once we got our food it was cold and extremely salty. Bad experience

Ordered a large coffee and it was filled halfway. Ordered a bacon egg and cheese biscuit and there wasn’t egg on it. When I enquired about it nobody would wait on me inside. I will NEVER stop there again. They suck

I've never in my life seen such incompetent and lazy people. We ordered our food and sat in the drive thru line for ELEVEN minutes before even getting to the payment window. Then, when we got that far we sat there for another two or three minutes while the guy in the window proceeded to wash his hands and completely ignore us. We finally got fed up and left. These people think they're entitled to $12 and $13 an hour... what ever happened to customer courtesy?

The worst McDonald's I've ever been to I will not ever go to a McDonald's ever again because of this one spot turned me off of McDonald's
7:40 PM on Sunday July 27, 2025 - Went inside. We ordered a burger and chicken tenders with 2 large coffees. We got the coffee immediately. Waited 25 minutes. Nothing was special order. We finally just asked for our money back and paid for the coffees. The fellow behind us asked for his money back also. Everyone was working in slow motion. No organization. At least 4 workers were in there. We have been to this McD’s in the past with great service. We know they were short of help. The drive thru line was even backed up. Everyone was mad because someone could not or would not come in. Get over it; deal with it; reassign tasks and work as a team;-) In my honest opinion That was the main problem- No Team Work.

I stood at the counter for over half an hour and none of the employees would even speak to me. They acted like I wasn't even there. When I finally got someone to take my order, they put it in and immediately forgot about it. After another 20 minutes someone asked if I needed anything and I told them I was waiting on my food. I told them what I ordered and they had it out after another 10 minutes. I have never been in a restaurant where the staff intentionally ignored me. It was pathetic.
