Everyone hated there job, the food was cold, there was only 2 people working and bless there heart they were doing the best they could do. We waited 20 minutes after paying for someone to hand us our food, and then another 5 to remind them to give us our drinks.

Got the Bec bagel It was so dry. Im pretty sure when I worked at McDonald's we would put butter on the inside of the bagel. That's defently not McDonald's standards.

Was given a number to set down food was never brought out.instead was smart ass called out at counter our order number and come get it while it's hot. The point of the numbers at table is to be taken to the customer. Then they locked lobby at 545pm. Took 20 min to get food.
Clean. Tea is in a weird spot for dine inn. Everyone was really nice and went out of their way to make sure we were happy

We ordered drive thru. We asked for ketchup as we ordered several orders of fries. I specifically asked for it when I ordered, and there was no ketchup for our meals, and only one in the happy meal. Who eats fries without ketchup? It should be automatic that they include ketchup when someone asks for it. I went back to ask for it again, and they gave us four packages. I have never seen a place so stingy with it;! Fries were terrible, only half cooked, hard and nasty. We couldn't eat them, so at the end, we didn't need the ketchup because the fries weren't edible. Drive past and go to the next McDonald's! It's not worth it.
