Ordered a cup of coffee and was handed paper cups, so dont expect fresh brewed. It was hot out of the hotpot. ?

Great place to start or end a ride. Trail information and a water fountain inside, they have good food and drinks. The one nitpick that I have is that there isn't a protein shake on the menu for recovery after a ride.

Can't recommend it enough, Chad is awesome and very reasonable. Not only did he fix my sons electric bike he made it better, my son is on the spectrum and Chad explained everything clearly for him and my son even had a conversation with him which is a very big deal. Just couldn't be happier

What can I say? I dropped into Powerline on an Appalachian Gravel Growler trip and lost brakes at the near the bottom. Luckily this legendary shop took in my bike close to closing, put me new brakes on and lubed my drive train, shifting assembly and trued my brake calipers. This was above and beyond and this is why I love the cycling community. Thank you so, so much.Ben

The whole place is amazing. Great pre post or mid ride fuel break, amazing products, ethos, and people. Been impressed with Kitsbow and Old Fort riding opportunities for a while, but CHAD is the reason for leaving a review. I usually do my own mechanic work and don’t trust my bikes to most people, but had a mid-ride issue, so I had to hand it off. Chad fixed the issue quickly and was great to talk to. He definitely knows what he’s doing and is an all-around good guy. Thanks to the whole crew: Chad, cafe, and Kitsbow for making this vision happen!

Great spot to start and end a gravel ride, road ride, mtb ride or hike in Pisgah grandfather district. Very friendly staff, lots of food and other items in case you forgot something for the adventure.

Really looked forward to visiting with the Ride House. An yes it was great! Professional team and patient introduction to the Ride House notifying them it was our very first visit. The team made our visit wonderful. Tried different kinds of breakfast food and coffee as you can see in the photos. The Ride House is exceptional in every way. Meeting Ranger Janet ....wow! She is very knowledgeable about the Kitsbow Apparel and all they have to offer, history and how sustainable they truly are. After knowledge and history I come to their visitors center in side the establishment, a smile comes to my face. As a hiker and to the bikers reading this....visit Old Fort Ride House for the adventure your looking for. The Visitor Center will give you ideas, maps where you want to go. Check this little Gem out!! The Old Fort Ride House! It the up coming adventure for the Biker and Hiker.

Let me just say what a gem of location we stumbled across today in Old Fort. Cute upscale coffee house with great selection of food and bakery items. Also sells clothes and bike gear. You need to take the time to stop in here. Old Fort is really becoming nice and offering great opinions. Remember shop local. Food was great coffee was great service was excellent. We will be back.
