For young man was in there by himself he definitely was a little fed up I think he was working a little slow but he kept going and he got everybody taken care of some people got upset but we understand we are cleanliness could have been a little better in the place but I can understand he's doing what he can his other employee that was supposed to come in at 4:00 or 5:00 didn't show up until 30 minutes late

I ordered on the SUBWAY® app in old Fort and it took them an hour After my husband showed up to pick our food up!! It said it was ready and He’s been waiting for an hour!! It was supposed to be ready by 4:40 PM and it’s now 5:40

Terrible, horrible experience. We ordered a cold cut combo. The photos show exactly what he got. A frigging bologna sandwich with nothing else. What a rip off. The sandwich was supposed to have a variety of meats. Are the workers you hire that incompetent.? Well i guess the answer to that is yes. Pictures don't t lie

Friendly staff had me in and out with 3 tasty foot longs with the quickness. You can't beat the 3 foot longs for 17.99 coupons. Dinner and lunch are covered.

There are some shortcomings at this location, but I think the majority of those issues are due to lack of staff. I like to order online and do store pickup, it's easier for me. Unfortunately almost every time something is wrong or missing on my order. I cannot count the amount of times I have ordered double meat and gotten a regular serving..
All that aside, I find it very tacky that they now lock the restrooms and will only provide the code to "paying customers only". Never mind the 50+ times I've came in here to pickup mobile orders, while being shorted on something 40 of those 50 times.
All in all, I blame management. Hire more help! Or perhaps Corporate, Allow them to hire more help!

The manager guy there smelled like weed, got short with the long haired guy for just doing his job properly There was another lady in there who clearly doesn't want to be there or simply doesn't want the company to make any money at all. Huffing and puffing, rushing me and the little older lady behind me. Made a comment about why are people coming in when they see a line as if we couldn't hear her. And didn't wash her hands once between cashing people out and starting another sandwich. Avoid this store at all costs, it seemed to be turning around when the kid with the holes in his ears was there but they said he was not there anymore. I guess I'll be going to marion every week to avoid that tragedy of a vipers pit, hopefully Subway does something about this or just shut that place down so I stop getting my hopes up!

I've been going here for years to get food but on this most recent visit I was greeted by a completely inappropriate sandwhich artist. Not only was she incredibly rude she was cussing at/about customers she was slamming the ovens/drawers, wasn't practicing good hand hygiene and honestly was the rudest person I have ever met in the service industry. I understand that she was frustrated and stressed out being by herself but there was absolutely no excuse to the behavior shown. I believe her name was Tabatha. My goal in posting this isn't to get her fired but bring awareness to this issue because I truly believe she needs help.

I usually don’t like leaving bad reviews and I know people have bad days but I stopped here for lunch on 04/01/24 and they only had 2 employees, not sure if either was a manager because I haven’t seen either of them working there before, but anyway the lady working was very rude and unprofessional, she would huff and puff very loudly and dramatically and when people would come in to order she said out loud “I don’t know why people still come in when there’s a line” sorry but you literally work in the food industry and it’s your job, that pays your bills, to make food for people. There aren’t many restaurants in our small town to choose from. I just think if you are going to work a job in the food industry you should know it’s common sense that people will come in to eat
