Everything is so great I don’t even know where to begin with this place! Mr. Rick and the rest of the staff are so friendly, the atmosphere is very laid back and inviting, and the food is well worth every penny. Amazing bbq, delicious Mac and cheese, and the collards are THE BEST collards I have ever had. My husband has brought this amazing bbq home many times so I’m glad I finally got to come experience the rest this restaurant has to offer. Thank you!!!

Delicious, authentic, and unique bbq! The dry rub on the ribs was a perfect, flavorful blend that gave a crisp finish to the tender meat. Juicy pulled pork as well. Friendly staff, Rick is hands on and makes his customers feel at home. An easy walk from the harbor. Can’t wait to return!

This BBQ is the real thing. The Ribs are the best we have had, the fried chicken is incredible, pulled pork moist and smoky, and great brisket. Rick and his wife Gwen will make you feel as if you are family.

The pork sandwich is about as tender as you can get. Sauces are a good addition;however, with Rick's preparation, it truly needs no sauce. The flavor and meat, melts in your mouth. The wedges are crispy and not over cooked, like in most places. Slight crunch and not too fried, so you get a full potato experience. The fried chicken is lightly seasoned. So you get a good taste from the skin, but the meat is what will bring you back. The service is like family. Do yourself a favor, get the big pork sandwich and side of wedges a sweet tea and a piece of chicken. You will definitely come back for more.

The food was amazing. Chicken was seasoned great. To the point where u could actually taste the seasoning not just on the outside but in the meat as well. My husband said the pulled pork sandwich and fried okra was awesome as well. The owner comes out and helps great drinks and even talks to the customers. He even let me take a picture of him to post with this review. Good guy,great staff,great food. Will be going back
