My husband ordered the egg salad sandwich. I tasted it and it was off the chain. I can see why it is such a popular item. I had the Italian sub & we split the pasta fagole soup. The best that I have had anywhere. This is a small place and where all the locals go. We will definitely be back because you can order breakfast or lunch from 7 a.m. to 2 p.m. A hidden gem. I would give them 10 stars if I could.
Good sandwiches made quickly and for a fair price, served with a smile. I got here not realizing it was closing time and they never mentioned it. I ordered a sandwich to go, and they made it fresh and I was on my way and in my car realized the sign had changed to Closed while I was in there. No one rushed me and in fact it seemed kind of busy. The meat and cheese were good and the bread was decent. The tomato was bleh when there are fresh tomatoes available currently. Great pickle....read full review

Conveniently located on the main road in Oriental, NC, this restaurant offers good wraps and sandwiches. Prices are very fair. While they recently expanded and remodeled the interior, it looks cheaply done by the owners, not a professional carpenter.
