The Pizza and pasta are wonderful. My first trips to the Silo were wonderful. Then I got take out, I ordered a wedge salad. They did not have the ingredients, so recommended Thier garden salad, which is around the same price. The wedge salad, I would recommend. The Garden salad, no way. Great place to stop for lunch. We stopped here passing through for some lunch and ordered a pepperoni pizza and Greek pizza with added pepperoni. It was delicious. The pizzas took about 20 min or so but it was well worth the wait. The atmosphere was very nice too. The restaurant was clean and very unique. Very nice set up. Stopped by for dinner. I had the lasagna + salad with a cider. My partner had the Shrimp Diablo with linguine pasta. My dish was good with a decent sauce, cheese, meat, and ricotta cheese. My partner's dish was awful. There is no shade of gray here. The shrimp was considerably overcooked - it was hard.
