It's a Bojangles. If you want a good biscuit, go get one. If youre looking for fine dining....I worry about your concept of fine dining. All in all it's a good Bojangles and the food is nearly always warm and doesn't seem to have been sitting long. What else can I say?

Good food as usual, good customer service... but there are sooo many flies in the lobby, they swarm around your table and the windows. Update: the flies are gone; haven't seen them in past several visits. Custom service is still good; employees are friendly and helpful 👍

A solid fast food restaurant. The bathroom was clean, the food was good, and the service was polite. They didn't put a straw or silverware in the bag but there was a little station for you to grab it yourself.

I've known Bojangles from back in the days I was surprised it takes the bland chicken at this location not all the Bojangles but this one in particular did not take time to use the special seasoning that they normally would use

As usual Bojangles didn't disappoint. Everytime we visit North Carolina it's my go to place.
I went to the @Bojangles in Oxford, NC and i witnessed one of the most sorriest moments Ever. As i was about to get in line to order my food, i was standing to the side observing the menu and I saw one of the “Managers” Kimberly Royster laughing and making fun of a special needs child. I immediately lost my appetite. Who in their right mind could be so evil. If this is the type of people Bojangles in Oxford NC has representing them, I would rather spend my hard earned money elsewhere. #needtodobetter#ABC11#DianeWilson

In the last 4 years the basic quality at this Bojangles has basically gone through the floor.
The older woman who man's the window apparently hates me for wanting more than 2 jelly packets. I've never been less than nice. Never been rude. The passive aggressiveness is as inexplicable as it is weird.
They forget the spork, as a rule. The once glorious chicken Supremes are now half the size and cooked dry and tough, at 12:30pm. The once huge, puffy biscuits are now half as tall.
The owner needs to wake up. The price used to be 7.99, 4p Supreme Dinner. The food was excellent. Now it's 9.99 and the food sucks. I won't be back this year. Give it some space and time.
