We didn’t eat we just pulled in to grab some gas because there was a snowstorm. It was miserably cold in the middle of nowhere and we just wanted to get to the place we needed to go so we didn’t really stop at Bojangles so I can’t tell you about the food or service.

Grill issues, which I understand and not complaining about. The problem is that the manager was nowhere to be found when lines are long and people are waiting. Manager should have helped out

Very rude staff, and I didn't have cutlery, nor condiments to go with my order.
Place was busy!! The girls working the counter were friendly. Got my order quickly and everything was fresh. The fries are heavily seasoned. I have been hooked on this place ever since a buddy took me to one.
