“I live in Stem and when I need a quick healthy bite to eat Flame and Flavor is one of my go to spots. My go to is the chicken and rice or lamb and rice platter. The portion size is big so when I order a large I have enough for dinner and lunch the next day. The owners are friendly as well.”

“This food truck came to the Granville County schools training sessions. The food is amazing! One of the best burgers - black and blue - I’ve had in a while even in restaurants. The service was slow because of the long line, but they kept it moving and did I say the food was excellent? It really is. The fries were well and tasty as well. The only thing I could suggest is that they sell drinks.

“First time customers, we came in for dinner and it was delicious. Appetizer of Boom Boom Shrimp was so good, just enough kick! I had the Cajun Shrimp & Grits, which were the best I've ever had - great flavor with tasty shrimp cooked just right, bacon and peppers. My BF enjoyed a dinner of Porterhouse Chop with a baked potato and salad. The chop came out with nice grill marks, great flavor and nice sauce on the side. Will definitely return, you should try it!!”
