“This place is rather new to Roxboro, NC and is fast becoming the town favorite. Having dined there on several occasions I can attest to the quality of food, the variety of menu options, service and atmosphere. There is no place I'd rather go for Mexican food! El Ranchero's is a glimmering gem in a small town setting. Service is great, the staff very cordial and helpful. If you decide to go, better get there early as the crowd grows large during dinnertime. You won't regret this choice!”

“10/10 reccomend Cathy / Taylor St Sweets! We used to use her as a preferred provider for my wedding venue (which I sole) and then again at my local restaurant. All of our clientele loved her cakes… And many were “shocked” to find out that it is Vegan 😘. When we hosted omnivore weddings, her cakes would win with couples in our blind taste tastes, against the “traditonal” bakeries that use animal products. The margarita keylime cake and carrot cake are my favorites! My kids love her vanilla dream cake, and chocolate surprise center cake! We will certainly miss having her in the triangle area but plan to visit in VA!”

“Always amazing hot dogs. This particular one is the only one I like to go to. The service is always great and food is hot and made to order. You can get the tailwagger(2 dogs, fries, and a med drink) for $8 and some chamge before tax. I got the bull dog(mustard, chili, and onions), and the ol' yallow(mustard, cheese sauce, and bacon bits). They also sell by the pint, quart and gallon(slaw, brunswick stew, bbq).”

“The service & food were both good. We got three subs and one bowl. The bowl is where they lost a star. I had someone else picking up the food for me & I was expecting that the staff would know what was advertised in the roast beef bowl, so I only told my pick up person, what changes I wanted. Unfortunately, the staff had no clue what was supposed to be in the bowl, they had no pictures or information sheets (cheat sheets) to go by. I realize the bowls are a new item, just as The Boss #6 sub is & that got that one perfect (I also highly recommend that sub), but management needs to take the time to train the staff on the new items offered and leave laminated sheets with a list of what goes in these newly offered items. I also asked for extra roast beef (which was conveyed) and I was really disappointed that I only had 3 pieces of roast beef in the bowl, I would hate to see what it would have been like with the regular amount.”
