This location is normally ran pretty well haven't ever had an issue that new Philly is legit especially for a fast food joint
I've been going to this Arby's for a while now. I have to praise Jaquel who always provides AWESOME customer service -he's a hard worker and from what I can tell, dependable. I also want to commend the young lady who waited on me this evening - she was polite, thorough, and had great customer service skills! I highly recommend this Arby's!

Arby's serves great food with excellent service. Their gyros are a highlight, and the market fresh turkey sandwich and Mozzarella sticks are also delicious. The drive-thru is convenient, although there may be a short wait. The restaurant is kid-friendly, easily accessible for wheelchairs, and has clean restrooms. The staff is professional, and the food is fresh and hot.
