Got a gyro at the drive thru- delicious! Person taking my order was professional. Had to wait about 8 mins in line and there was only 1 in front of me and one behind - but I get things happen and it all can’t be perfect. Thanks Arby’s for great food!

The service is great. Sometimes you will have to wait for them to bring out your food if you ordered in the drive-thru, yet it's worth the wait for fresh hot products like their Mozzarella sticks. Yall need to bring back the 2 for $7 deal on them bad boys. They are great.

Staff is always friendly. The food is good too. We were waited on quickly, and our food was out fast and hot. The strawberry shake was so good! Clean bathrooms.

Last night I ordered the good burger meal and the burger was undercooked.I had never mentioned a refund but the lady over the phone initiated the conversation regarding a refund and that under no circumstances would there be a refund. She offered to recook the burger that I had, I informed her that seemed unsanitary to recook the returned food. She also mentioned that the good burger is medium rare and that is how it is cooked and that I would need to request the burger to be cooked well done. I didn’t want to argue, so I simply told her that I would send my concern to customer service. She argued that food was cooked without even seeing the burger.

We ordered a market fresh turkey sandwich in a Reuben sandwich both of which were delicious. We went inside during our travel to use the facilities and order lunch. The restrooms were clean and our sandwiches were prepared promptly.

I came out to eat around 2 PM. Order like normal, went to go use the bathroom, urinal had pics that smelled like it had been sitting out of month! Likely they had a clean stale/toilet. I came out food was ready, sat down ate and went to go get a refill. Cashier I guess didn't know(me either) that strawberry lemonade was not refillable, however it was said bot rude but also not polite, looking at me like it's my fault. As a Good manager, you should have trained your staff before shift start or in this case maybe after I had walked away. It's a little embarrassing to stand there being told that it's not refillable and that I needed to big it againAlso there were no curly fries at the time of visit which is the only reason I go to Arby's ???

The restaurant was empty during very much meat on them, and that was a clue. The girl at the counter seemed bored. She leaned on the counter while she took our order. We asked for take out and we were given our food on a tray. The sandwiches did not have very much food on them, and it looked like it was thrown on. I like Arby's, so I hope they get motivated to improve.

They were apparently short staffed. Lady, I can only assume was the manager, was multitasking like a pro. A long wait, but everyone was friendly and apologetic.
