Had to go through drive thru b/c you can not longer eat inside this place. When I got my order it looked like it was a day or 2 old. The chicken ranch wrap was pitiful. Very small and did not have the ranch sauce on it. Barely any lettuce or cheese. Also I asked 4 a bottle of water then I changed my mind and asked them 2 take it off of my order but I still got charged for it anyways. Didn't get any of the sauce for the chicken nuggets. This place used to be a decent restaurant.

Felicia at the walk-up window was fabulous! Very friendly personality! We give a 3 star atmosphere rating because we wanted to try a COOK OUT after seeing many signs on our drive from Florida (in North Carolina now heading to PA) we wanted to sit and eat. Dining room is still closed from COVID. 🙄😵💫 Come on get over it and open up. Anyhow, the food was hot and delicious! Classic burger, cheddar burger (was not supposed to have onions but it did; i just pulled them off) sides were: onion rings, fries, white cheddar bites and hush puppies. Coke and banana cherry shake to wash everything down. 😋

They messed up my order then the lady really gas lit me into thinking I gave her $10 when I just thought about it I definitely gave her $20.75 cause I only had 20s and one 5 and even if I did give her $10.75 I still didn’t get the right change back she only gave me 41 cents and my total was $8.71 and she had a really bad attitude and the food is nasty and she didn’t give me a straw

Service was pleasant and a nice atmosphere. My only hang-up was the floppy bacon. I did specifically ask for the crispy stuff, or I wouldn't even ding for that, but it was written on the ticket. Everything else was great! Perfect shake with lots of reeses.
