I’m only giving 1 star because I had to. I normally enjoy cook out in Oxford. But due to yesterday’s incident I will NEVER go back. I got my food after waiting longer than usual. When I drove off the older black man yelled out the window “your card decline” twice as loud as he could and told me to pull over. Girl came out ran it again and proceeded to tell my card is expired ( doesn’t expire till 2026)gave her my another card while I’m on the phone with the bank. The problem was that idiot he was entering the wrong year?. I have never felt so disrespected and embarrassed. Even another employee said it was rude. I’m leaving this review in hopes he won’t be that rude and childish to anyone else.

I usually enjoy my cook out meal but when I went this time, whoever was in the kitchen gave me a flat sprite, unseasoned fries, and gave me onions when I told them what I specifically what I specifically wanted on my burger which did NOT include onions…And I’m not sure if the drive thru mic is broken or the woman at the drive thru menu was giving me a hard time but I was almost yelling my order and she kept asking me what wanted over and over gain even though I repeated it multiple times.

Oreo shake should have Oreos throughout and not just on top. Why would I not have Oreos in the vanilla ice cream? Fix the intercom system why are they yelling when placing order?
First timer and I wasn't disappointed. The burger was awesome, the fries were well seasoned and everything was hot.

Rude when ordering not busy at 445 pm 11 11 23. Then get home to extremely greasy food. All along the orders were WRONG. 30 bucks for NASTY horrible food and service
