I can tell you that me and my family will not come back in to this place for nothing! So last night about 5:30 pm my wife orders two pizzas and has it set for pick up. so i live ten mins down the rd and the app told me that it was being put in to oven now and will be donein 7-10 mins so i go on and headed up there. i walk in and they ask me for the name on the order and i told them. the told me they have not even got to mine yet and told me that i had another 15-20 before mine would be done. witch is fine and all so i know its saturday night an it can get busy.i go back out o my car and wait 20 mins, and walk back in and the another guy comes to me and ask whats my names on the order i told him and he turned back around and said it will be another 15-20, so i was like this is what you guys just told me 20 mins ago and now your telling me another 20 mins. so i walked out and said whatever, so i go back out side and call my wife to see if she cancel the order and she told me no there's no way because they put in the system that it was done and ready for pick up after the 7 mins was up. so i told her okay ill see what i can do. so i waited another 20 mins now making this 47 mins saying my food will be done. i walk back inside and they said yours is no getting put in the cooker now. I'm like okay. so i wait inside. they guy at the counter was giving everyone free drinks and stuff and did not say one word to me bout about drink. and then on top of that they where giving people there money back and stuff cause they could not get the food done in 30 mins or less but once again did not offer a thing to me after i have been there for now 1hr 24 mins waiting on some pizza that should have been done when i got there. i they where that over full of getting stuff done they should have just shuut the system down to catch there selfs up .maybe 10 mins before i got my food a guy came in that ordered his food 1 hour before he got there an said i ordered tis an hour ago and you have not even started on mine i looked at him an said yea better find you a seat you will be waiting while. the guy oat the counter affeered him a a free drink like they did for everyone else and not me once again this has happened at this location a few times and tis time i will never go back to this one again i will be contacting the headquarters about this because i think this store need to be shut down and all new employees and all new mangers. because of some reason the night manger did not want to talk to no one and do her job so that the first one that needs to go! now i see what they have such a shitty review

We ordered 40 dollars worth of food a large pizza some lava cakes and paid for it with our card on line and they never delivered it. Not only that my father in law called back and got ahold of someone on the phone and they didnt even speek english and said they were gonna get a translator and put him on hold hes been on hold for the last half an hour they were rude over the phone and also didnt get our food or our money back 😤

Ordered online, went to pick it up and the lady refused to even acknowledge me. Never spoke one word. I asked can I get my order she just looked and turned around. After 10 minutes I left. My order was in there shelf ready to pick up. Lady outside even asked did I know what was wrong with her. I left and she locked the door. It was only 830.

Pizza is pathetic. Toppings are so thin that thin crust pizza is not much more than just a big round pita chip.

The edges of both pizzas we're burnt. Our deep dish pizza was doughy in the middle. I ordered a pepperoni pizza but found random olives onions and ham in my food. Our boneless wings were burnt. The only thing that was great was our garlic bites. I am unsure how to add pictures, but I have some

I ordered online with their build your own for $10 special they were running. I saved $29, the pizza was full of toppings, the toppings were evenly distributed, it was was ready when I got there (about 15-20 minutes because it's a bit of a drive for me), and they were quick to get my order to me after I walked in the door. I was very satisfied and will deffinitely go back.

Went to this location and was reminded of this life lesson.....In any customer service role, misunderstandings can occur, but professionalism lies in how they are resolved. Both customers and staff should prioritize calm communication to de-escalate situations. A customer can request assistance from another employee if needed, and a cashier or manager can do the same to ensure an issue is handled effectively. Professionalism, respect, and composure can turn challenges into opportunities for growth and improved interactions, which is a valuable principle applicable in various aspects of life. There is always room for growth! Keep safe Dominoes team.

As of this date 11/18/24 Henderson NC location is still shut down due to property damage. So you have to go to Oxford to get to the closest Dominos and there compared to Henderson is night & day on ALL points EXCEPT one employee called LaLa (I've seen her @ both locations) she is the only reason I even go to the Oxford location. She is a pleasure even when extremely busy and seems to be carrying the entire location upon her back. She fixes any blunders with an insanely calm and remarkable attitude. While others made it a struggle to just get right what was obviously printed on my receipt she made it her mission to go above & beyond making sure I was walking out pleased. I called corporate twice just to make sure I did my due diligence that she hopefully got recognized for her grace under pressure but also her knowledge of running every station throughout the building. I've never gotten deliveries because I live a bit too far but I wouldn't be surprised if she delivered, while baking, taking orders and boxing them. The food does differ Oxford seems to drown their thin crust a bit much and imo uses some kind of spice sprinkles on top (I'm not fond of) that Henderson either doesn't use or uses very moderately. I will be glad when the necessary repairs are done to the Henderson location so I will not have to visit the Oxford location again.

The food isn’t bad but ever since the short white guy who used to be the manager left, the orders always say they’re ready and I end up waiting for 20 minutes. I literally watched them put my order to the side and walk outside and by the time I actually did get my food it wasn’t hot despite me watching it come out the oven
