I am a regular customer weekly, and every week I’m given a horrible attitude and a death stare by one particular worker I believe she’s the manager. If I could give zero stars I Would. Disrespectful and nasty attitude!!!

Ordered a super bacon biscuit (comes with a fried egg, bacon, and cheese) also ordered a sausage patty on it as well. When I got the biscuit, there was no egg on it. Ask lady behind the counter she looked at me like I was crazy or from a different planet and said there's an egg shortage. I expected there to be a fried egg on it. I could been warned but nope I got a sausage bacon cheese biscuit.

Stopped here last Saturday (5th of April), because Bojangles was lined up outside its parking lot. Ordered the Nashville Hot Chicken sandwich and Large unsweet Ice Tea. I ate it piece by piece while driving. It was good.

Every couple of years I go back, just to see if it's still a dumpster fire. Yup. Still is. Food is a disgrace. Service is a nightmare. Typical Oxford.

Absolutely the worst!!! If the closing time is 10 and you pull up at 9:45 like me expect some delicious Hardee’s food; you can expect not to get any answer on the outside intercoms, locked door, and when they remember the left the other door unlocked them trying to beat you to it so they can lock it. So the response was, “I’m just doing what my manager told me to do.” So they need a sign saying what time h to eat are done serving.
Lastly, they close at 10, I had enough time to leave and get down the road to Bojangles and wait for them to cook hot fries in the drive through line after waiting at Hardee’s and getting out, walking around and speaking to the employee about their terrible customer service and get food for me and my family by 10:03. So these employees would have only earned 3 minutes of overtime if they serviced me, but I guess I was that much of an inconvenience.

Worst service ever. Ordered at the drive thru and was treated rudely. My order came up on the screen wrong and I called her attention to it and she totally ignored me. When I got to the window I asked the young man to check it and make sure it was sausage not bacon. I heard him tell her and she came out threw my plate in sideways then threw my fork on the floor. The young man got a new one to put in my bag . When I opened it , there was bacon and the gravy was watered down to the point it was inedible. Had 5 hashrounds in it. I will not be going there ever again ad I'm posting this on our local towns page also
Easily one of the worst fast food places I’ve been to. Stop there every once in a while since it’s close to my job and every single I’m met with the rudest attitude ever before I even order anything. If you’re having a good day, avoid going here because it will be ruined in an instant.

I told the lady behind the counter that the lady's restroom was out of tissue. She asked me was there any in the other stall. I told her someone was in there. 20 minutes later still no tissue in the stall. No customers to be waited on at all.
