This is the best service I've had at a Jersey Mike's. The gentleman recommended a sandwich that I never had and it was really good. Very friendly and helpful staff.

I was greeted by a lady making cold subs and I ordered a giant Mike's philly. She asked what type of bread and I said white. She asked did I want onions and peppers and I said yes. She asked did I want anything else on it and I said mayonnaise. I told her this would be to go. They make my sub, I pay and drive home (15 to 20 minutes to my house). I open my sub and it doesn't have mayonnaise, but is made Mike's way (lettuce, tomato, onions, red wine vinegar, olive oil, oregano and salt). I tried to eat it, but it was terrible and too far to drive and take it back. I've only been to the one in Oxford 4 times and 2 times the order has been wrong. I probably won't be going back to this location in the future.

Don't bother ordering online! They get it wrong more times than not! Ordering online means they will make it however they see fit!!! I spent 50 dollars and only one sandwich was correct.

The negative reviews DO NOT reflect my repeating experience at this location. MY FOOD IS FANTASTIC EVERY TIME! I have ordered from here through third party apps and in person. I picked up a order tonight. The store is clean, and the staff seems friendly and competent, and most importantly the food has consistently been top notch and delicious. ? Solid ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
(Whoever can put the Oxford store on the Jersey Mike's app should do so, I would love to order directly instead of using DD, even for my pickup orders. ?)

I visited the Oxford nc location today and purchased 2 Turkey Provolone subs. A mini and a regular. The young ladies working were AMAZING. I can honestly say that they were made with love. The cashier was very nice also and she gave me a coupon for my next visit. The next time I visit I hope that they will be working. Thanks for great service.

I gave this place another try after having a bad experience the last time. They are new so I wanted to give them a fair chance. The ingredients are fresh and the restaurant is clean. However the sandwich making skills are as poor as I have ever seen. Its like kindergarteners trying to make sandwiches. They are sloppy and fall apart making it miserable to eat. They need better training before I can go back in there.
AJ and the entire staff were genuinely kind and upbeat, made it a great stopover for lunch!

Ordered one giant and waited 10+ minutes before my sandwich was touched for dressings. Total wait was close to 30 minutes total with 5 employees working. They had one employee making ALL of the sandwiches

I was there just 2 days ago. Loved it. Everyone there was great. They know customer service. It was clean. I was out with a couple of mins. And my sandwich was so good. Delicious. I’d definitely recommend this jersey mikes.

Mikes way with no oil vinegar or tomato’s but here it all is nothing worse then going to pick up lunch on brake to come back and your order isn’t right 2 times now I guess I have to spell it out in the comment box to get my order right
