I NEVER write reviews, but the service I received today really rubbed me the wrong way!! I entered the establishment with my SERVICE DOG and was told no pets unless they are service animals, I told them he is a service animal I have his papers to prove that. Little miss with messed up teeth turned around and said he’s definitely not a service animal. I was thrown back because I just told them he is! The RUDE manager asked me to take him outside and I politely said no ma’am. They refused to service me because they thought my dog wasn’t a service animal!!! These employees do not represent JM properly. I worked with the GM at the Durham location ( N Durham) please reevaluate your employees!! They are driving away paying customers!! The food is always good. The service is always great. Love how friendly the staff is. Ordering online is so easy. I love getting points with every purchase so I get a free giant when they add up. Which is awesome cuz I always get it for my mom. She loves it but it's just too expensive.

Hit the place just right tonight. 8pm, & not a soul in the joint. Employees were cleaning certain things (mopping the floor, windexing the glass, wiping down the slicer, & the grill was SPOTLESS) but they ALL stopped & promptly greeted me, almost in unisen, lol.
I ordered a mini #8 (it's the club). Had them heat the meat... turkey, ham, bacon... & the cheese, on the grilll, & grilled the onions for me as well. Asked to leave the sub roll as is, no toasting. Added lettuce, oil n vinegar, salt n pepper, & a touch of oregano....
5 STARS ALL THE MIKES WAY AROUND. One of THE BEST DAMN SUBS that crew has EVER made me. Thanks guys, & short girl!! See y'all next time!! 👍💯🔥💣❤️👌👍💯🔥

So I am going vegetarian for a week and decided to get a portobello mushroom sub from Jersey Mike’s. I just moved to Oxford from Fayetteville where I would normally get my jersey Mike’s subs. The Oxford location is new very clean, it has very friendly workers. I ordered my lunch online and I paid for extra portobello, mushrooms, and extra cheese. However, when I receive my sub, it was nothing like I was accustomed to getting when I lived in Fayetteville. I’m not sure what their version of extra mushrooms and extra cheese is in Oxford but I surely feel like I did not get my moneys worth Jersey Mike’s is one of my favorite sub places However I would truly like to get my moneys worth for what I paid for.

It has a 3.3 rating. About right. I’ve been coming in basically once a week since they opened and it has been steadily getting worse. I ordered online, which has a 15 min wait to pick up. I show up and wait another ten minutes. Sandwich not cut all the way, light on ingredients, oil and vinegar spilled in the bag. Can you believe I tipped on the app!? So that’s the last time I spend money here. Edit: I’ve been going back cuz when the sandwich is good it’s freaking good! I’ve been getting a steak Philly to go cuz it travels better. Nothing but love Jersey mikes, keep doing your best. Sorry I got fired up that day.

I guess when there isn’t a rush no one cares the shift leader doesn’t as team members came from outside all in the kitchen talking over the food no washing hands I had to ask for help no one acknowledged me I had to say excuse me the old lady that was counting I guess her drawer as off a penny and that was more important than ringing up my food I will drive to Raleigh to get jersey mikes this is the worst one I ever been to watch the camera shaking hands with gloves I will be calling the health department I just left my food because it’s disaster in there and they don’t care I wish I could give a zero they don’t deserve a one customer service is always poor never again

Got a quant sub on the way home. Got home. When to bite into my sandwich and bit into a sharp plastic object. It could have chipped my tooth or cut my gums. God only knows what it came off of. I called the store, she told me what their store policy was but accommodated me by calling a store closer to me. They made me a new sandwich but did not apologize for this object being in my sandwich.

Very unprofessional! employee is very unprofessional! boss doesn’t treat workers fairly! Boss and manager picks favors! And they be working minor past 10 o’clock when they’re supposed to be off at 9:30! they don’t even wash their hands I was waiting for an online order and I saw them drop the meat and they had someone pick it up and wash it then proceeded to reuse it just disgusting! Will never eat there or step foot inside!
