The worst place to eat, the wait time is ridiculous and rude employees

Can't rate the food never got any....Literally have came 4 different times in a 3 year period or less and never left with a pizza. There is no hot n ready here ever. 30 minute wait we were just told so why would we even come and not go to dominoes? You can count on an awful experience they won't disappoint.

Well, I see allot of negative reviews , but I'm from Durham, and honestly this is the best service and pizza I've had in a long time ,staff on 9-25-24 around 7pm was on point , real talk, food was amazing and we placed and order and pulled up thru the drive thru and it was a great experience and food like in said was amazin

Had to come back in after a mix up with our order. Never in my life have I encountered such poor customer service from the lady working in back who came to help the cashier refund and order the correct food. Acted as if it was my fault. No apology and didn’t care about the inconvenience to turn around and drive back since we had only stopped at this location by chance on our way to the beach. Never again I can tell you that. I told her she was being rude and no need to be as I wasn’t and mentioned they probably shouldn’t have the QR code posted right in front for reviews if this is the way customers are treated. She didn’t care and told me to go ahead and scan it. If I could personally talk to the general manager I would. I work in customer service and would never treat a customer the way I was treated. She was frustrated with me for a mistake they made and definitely showed she could care less. Maybe some customer service training for her as she could really benefit from learning how to be professional. The other young lady who took our order and finished helping me after the other one would just away and not let me finish talking to know what I was trying to order was nice and stayed professional even if she was frustrated she didn’t let it show. Good thing the one in my area has excellent employees who treat customers with respect and kindness. If they were anything like this lady then I wouldn’t be back. But luckily I don’t have to go back to this one.

Staff was arguing in the back and the cashier said she wasn’t running the drive thru and the front. Ordered pizza a meal deal 1 the board says $7.50 and was charged $10.49.

I ordered 30 pizzas to be picked up at noon yesterday which is only 30 minutes after they open. I did give them a call as just a heads up two days prior. All pizzas were ready when we got there. The entire order was correct and the staff that assisted were all super nice. Everyone we fed that day was happy with the quality of a food. I know it is hard to find people to work nowadays and even harder to find competent ones that are additionally customer friendly. This particular location has no issues with any of that in my opinion. Very appreciative of their assistance and customer service.

Indoors was closed, food took 20 mins, team member acted like didn’t want to take my order. Food was the normal solid tasty / cheaper side but not the convenience that is the selling point

This location ALWAYS get your order wrong, acts as if they don’t care that they messed up your order and ate unapologetic about inconveniencing you when you have to drive back to get the right order. Good employees must be hard to find these days…

This place sucks placed my order online wait 30 mins got to the window to pick up my order still wasn’t ready end up waiting another 30 mins will never order from here

On march 13th 2024 i pulled up to the drive thru window to get some lunch and when i stopped i expected the lady to open the window and ask me what i wanted but instead i could hear her phone and she was having a personal conversation with someone and even though she could clearly see me sitting there ready to order she never opened the window or even acknowledged that i was there she just kept right on talking with me staring at her. I don't know what this ladys problem was so after sitting there for about 3 or 4 minutes it was clear that whatever she had going on on the phone was way more important than providing good customer service so i ended up just driving off and going across the street to pizza hut. After this experience when i want little caesars pizza i will just go to the one in henderson and not even bother with this location ever again. When your customer service is so bad that i have to drive off and go to your competitor across the street then you don't ever need my business ever again, i'm done with this location ??

Owner was rude and food was disgusting. Never spending money here again!!!!

They have great food and are very reasonably when it comes to giving out extra condiments for the pizza’s and wings. They’re so nice that since I’m a Call of Duty fan the Cashier Miracle let her boss know that and they gave me cool MW3 Promo’s and I’m very pleased. And will continue to make them my weekly pizza choice.

My mother and I stopped in randomly for one thin crust sausage & pepperoni & one the same but reg crust. The lady's working there are the salt of the earth!! Good hard working women! Pizza was great but service stood out.
