Ordered online, but when I got there to pick food up, the store was completely closed for cleaning & maintenance. At all other visits, service is minimal & food is dismal.

We grabbed a late dinner here and it was a disaster. Everything was bad/wrong. - 20 nuggets tasted like burnt fryer oil. Missing sauces despite asking for them twice at order. - floppy, soggy fries. Cold. - no lettuce or mayo on mcchicken - got cherry coke instead of diet coke
I placed a mobile order at 4:59 pm and to make a long story short I didn't get my order until almost 5:30 pm,and all I ordered was a bag of ice and a chicken sandwich. I sat at curbside #5 for 30 minutes and after seeing how many cars got their food in the drive thru ahead of me and two other people who were waiting I will NEVER EVER use curbside pickup at this location again worst service ever from placing a mobile order.This really didn't make no sense how long it took to get such a small and simple order,👎👎

They can move the line it always goes fast. The food isn't great every time but it's a fast food place that has the best operating hours in our town so sometimes you got to do it.

This location has terrible service. Total time we spent for takeout order was 30 minutes, this includes placing the order and receiving the food. The service is terrible, it's just a bunch of young kids standing around looking like they have no clue what's going on. The manager is clearly disabled and doing more than the younger employees. The only thing we ordered was one Burger combo and a single burger, and it took over 20 minutes. By the time we got to the car because I was in such a rush, I realized how cold all of our food was. Also the one drink we ordered with the combo was terrible, the syrup in the machine needed to be changed so we basically had soda water. Just go across the street to Burger King or Wendy's or cookout, do not waste your time at this location!!! I've never had this terrible of an experience at other McDonald's locations in my 31 years of life
