I came in with my pregnant fiance who was craving for chicken wings but at the time they didn't have any but at the last minute the chef made some for her. Talk about first class service this is the place from the bartender to the server.

Love this hidden gem in the cute downtown of Oxford, NC! The dry aged rib eye with lobster tail was divine and the fish and grits were fantastic as were the deviled eggs with the crawfish— excellent cocktails made at their in-house distillery and first class wine list! Nice service and atmosphere too!

Great experience this evening! Maddi and Amanda(my favorite bartender in life ever) took care of me and gave excellent service. The deviled eggs Variety style was bomb. Definitely make sure you grab a drink from Amanda (cucumber and basil gimlet or a banana fosters manhattan). Perfecto 🤌🏿

Visiting from outta town with family, and we were given an impromptu distillery tour upon request, from a very knowledgeable and friendly staff member. All the spirits were smooth, and bottle prices were reasonable. Would definitely go back!!!

Absolutely amazing! I have came several times for dinner and the food was always delicious. This past weekend, I had my wedding reception held here, and all the staff were nothing short of amazing and as always the food was great. I always recommend Verdigris to several people, when looking for a good dining experience. Special shoutout to Kim & Rasha for all their help!

This place was phenomenal! My husband and I enjoyed the camelized onion spinach dip and we both got the filet mignon. It was the best meal I ever had. Service was top notch as well..perfect spot for a date night.

Found this gem just off I-85 while traveling - easy parking and absolutely worth the short detour. My wife's pork chop and my scallops were beautifully presented with flavors that exceeded expectations. The cabbage side dish reminded me of my grandmother's cooking, and incredibly, the chef came out to tell us it was his grandmother's recipe! The wait staff was exceptionally friendly, and the atmosphere was perfect for our date night. Southern cuisine done right in every way. If you're passing through or looking for an impressive dining experience, don't miss this place. We'll definitely return next time we're in the area. Whatever you do, DON'T skip dessert - your diet can wait until tomorrow!
