Very poor customer service! No one answered the phone when I called 3 times to try and place an order. When I arrived and explained the situation, no one cared. No apology, just a blank stare. While waiting for my order, a table of 5 people had been sitting there for 10-15 minutes and the servers didn’t even know their order hadn’t been taken.

I love this place! It has really delicious and cheap food and okay service. Makes for a good quick lunch. I would love to suggest that they use actual dishes rather than styrofoam for everything - it would produce much less waste and would improve the atmosphere, but otherwise, my favorite spot in Oxford!
