I ordered a wrap that was supposed to get avocado on it. They didn’t have any available and he had already begun to make the wrap. If you’re going to sale sandwiches and wrap with special ingredients you should know when you’re out of something. The station where they make the sandwiches could use some cleaning.

Its understandable being end of the night and being out of all my favorites but id still pick yall anyway over jersey Mike's uo the road I'd take a slice of dry bread from subway then go to jersey Mike's and they have all my stuff and mess it up

Recently purchased the new foot long dippers. Although they tasted ok they looked nothing like the commercial. Not knowing this I ordered approximately 7-8 dippers. I was given a specific time to pick up bc I ordered online. The food wasn’t hot. They were all flat and not round as seen on tv. Staff was also laughing and whispering, pointing to customers as if they were talking about them. I previously gave 4 stars but now it’s 3.

They don't have wraps anymore. They use chabada bread instead.
Prices went up over 20% in just a week. A plain foot long BMT (no soda, no chips, no upgrades) went from $9.89 on May 11th to a staggering $11.99 exactly 7 days later (May 19th)... up $2.10 in 7 days. Good luck with this.

This is the last time that i ever order from this subway reason being they don't follow special instructions i clearly asked them to add extra lettuce & only a small amount of vinegar & garlic aioli, so what did they do they didn't even add the "Normal" amount of lettuce to the sandwich( way less) didn't put any spinach on at all as requested and just straight drowned the sub with vinegar & garlic aioli which just ruined a $12.00 sub. The bread was so soggy that it was just gross & after one bite i couldn't eat it and threw it out the back door to my dog. Now i clearing see why subway has fallen off so much. From now on when i want a sub i will go to jersey mikes or which wich i'm done with subway. This location made the worst sub i ever tasted & i won't ever waste my money here again.???

Rude workers. Had an online order and there was an issue that they didn’t have cookies (at 5 o’clock btw) which really would have been fine but then they were rude to my mother who was picking up the food. “Next time call to make sure we have everything for you order” why should I have to call in to place an online order? Also complained they had to void the order even tho she was there to pay for the part we could get, don’t accept the order if you can’t make it.Will not be going back to this location.
